Ummm.. the refs missed it. put this in (dalton kincaid 3rd down afc championship game ) in you tube and you should come up on a video titled "Referees missed two first down calls in Bills AFC Championship loss to Chiefs, a breakdown".. The video shows that both spots were incorrect.

The refs are making judgement calls all game long on ball placement. To single out one for such scutinty is clearly biased here and again... the replay is hardly as clear as you claim it is. If it were, the Bills could have challenged it.

Obviously they didn't think it was that bad to waste a challenge on.

I have seen many of these dumb videos put together.

The bills did challenge the 4th down... you only have so many. Kincaid was short of the first down by roughly half of the football.. multiple replays.. even the one done by CBS show this. Not all calls are equal in terms of impact. Rams-saints NFC championship game.. a no-call on a blatant DPI in the first quarter not nearly as impactful as at the end of the game.

Anyways, if you were BUF what would in free agency/draft in order to finally get over the hump?

No, they challenged the play after where they got stuffed, not the Kincaid play.

"The bills did challenge the 4th down"   read that again. I understand why they would not challenge the 3rd down play. If the call is not overturned, you lose a timeout and that could be very valuable later on.

Why would the call not be overturned if the video was so clear and obvious?

Because some times they get it wrong even when they have clear video evidence. It does happen.

Sure... so, it was not so clear and compelling after all.

Upon review, it was clear. However, they still get them wrong even when it is rather clear (Kordell Stewart or non-call in LAR vs. NO Saints NFC Championship game, Tee higgins in Super bowl vs LAR. )

No, it was not clear. You keep saying that, but it doesn't make it true.

It was clear to most who can watch a replay. However, they  get stuff wrong even when it is clear. The non-call in the LAR-NO NFC championship game..... was crystal clear. Yet they missed that one. The defender made contact a full second before the ball arrived.

You have nothing to base saying most on here. I can watch a replay too. As I said, folks confuse where a player is down with where the ball ends up on the ground and don't understand camera angles.

Also, to the point I have made before... they are sideline refs who spot the ball based on what they see from the sideline, not what they see after a week of looking at film from every angle possible.

You know who can look at film very quickly and challenge in the moment? The Football teams playing. They have people who watch the video and call down to the coach to say they should challenge. They didn't.

They do get calls wrong even if after watching the replay...It does happen.

The Chiefs are down 24-0, and playing horrible. I just spoke with @gatomontes99, and he is really upset. In fact, he is crying. I want everyone to be nice to Gato. The poor guy is devastated.

Why are you such a sad little person like this?

I was 100% wrong about this one. I predicted a close KC win that would have lots of penalties. Well... whiff on that one. I will not say that Philadelphia repeats. their roster is stacked for sure. So was Seattle's after destroying Peyton Manning in the Super Bowl 43-8. And yet that Seattle team never won another one. Its really hard to win a Super Bowl.

I’m glad I’m not much of a gambler because I was wrong about damn near every game in the playoffs. One correct prediction - Tom Brady’s terrible performance as a commentator. How did the handlers not see that coming?
