I'm not denying science: there are two sexes: male and female. 

99% of animals are like that. 

There are some animals, like earthworms, whose species don't fit neatly into those two categories, but for 99% of animal kingdom there are only two sexes.

Some cats are born with an extra leg, that doesn't make it a 3rd sex, or a different species. Siamese twins aren't a sex or a species unto themselves. Twins and identical twins aren't somehow their own species or sex.

Just because you have an undescended testicle doesn't make you a 3rd sex, and your sisters testicles don't make her a 3rd sex either. 

Humans with YYX chromosomes aren't a sex or a species, that's a mutation and it hasn't created another sex or species as of yet. 

We have two sexes and some mutations, so the correct answer is still: two sexes. Stop denying science.

The fact that there are rare genetic deviations from that doesn't change that. Intersex is not a 3rd sex, its a genetic deviation combining both sexes.

So if something is binary there can only be two options, therefore if there is any exception it is by definition not binary 

10 and 01 are not a 1 or a 0 so if you put anything that is not exclusively a 1 or a 0 it will cause the program to cease all functions, but since there are people born (even just one) that don't fall in either XX or XY it is clearly demonstrable that sex can not be binary.

Yes, Sex = Male and Female. That is 2. 

10 and 01 are certainly 0's and 1's. You don't see a 2 or a 3 in there do you? The only options were to use a 0 or a 1. That is binary. 

The issue is not with the understanding of binary on my end, it is on yours.

There is not more than 2, an intersex person is just male and female combined. That is still the 2 sexes. Still 2.
