And maybe it will be.

Sure.  But until that happens we can say the evidence must at least be compelling.  Not "proof", but compelling.

All they did was announce that they filed the lawsuit.

which means they're prepared to show their evidence. Which means they have evidence.

Most tellingly: They allege that illegal immigrants and non-citizens are on these voter rolls, but they don’t say how many or what their evidence is.

Well they'll have to as part of the suit if they haven't already  So there you go.

We both know nobody files a suit like that without there being evidence or they'll be summarily dismissed.  Evidence is not 'proof', but it's evidence. So lets not pretend that there's zero merit to it and enjoy life in the real world shall we :)

Wow.  I was going to ask how that Alzheimer's is coming along but i see you're already at the talking to yourself stage :)

No, no, no.
They FILED a lawsuit. That’s all they did. So the fact we know is that they filed a lawsuit. We cannot conclude anything except that they filed a lawsuit.

I read their suit. They did not provide any evidence that one single person is unlawfully registered to vote in Arizona.  Not one person. Their argument is very complicated because Arizona law conflicts with a Supreme Court ruling forbidding election officials from demanding proof of citizenship. They are demanding that the state law supersede the federal Supreme Court ruling, which election officials have been reluctant to do… because the U.S. Supreme Court said they can’t

Given the fact that the Secretary of State of Hawaii issued a statement that he had personally inspected the original birth certificate of Barack Obama, yet MAGA continued to insist he was not an American citizen, how can an ordinary American citizen “prove” they are a citizen if MAGA insists they aren’t?  You guys have proven that you absolutely cannot be trusted to determine who is who is not a citizen.

Why would they name a person. If ANY people are included then their case has merit.  Further if they're making a statement that this is the case that is in and of itself evidence. They are stating that it's their knowledge that this is the case and asking for remedy. They'll have to do better than that if they're going to win but you can't say "NO" evidence.

Ask a judge. In the meantime think about what you're saying:  You're literally saying that someone's testimony that something exists should be good enough, while at the same time complaining that their testimony that something exist isn't evidence at all.

like i said - lets stick to the reality of it. They'll still have to prove it in court of course.

Look assh*le, stop your damn constant lying. If you’re so sure you’re right all the time, what’s with the nonstop lying? Wouldn’t the truth suffice?

I read their lawsuit. They did not name one single non-citizen who appears on the voter rolls. Their entire argument is about procedures which are currently disputed between the Supreme Court ruling and Arizona law.

And I don’t know what “testimony” you’re talking about because, a-hole, all they did was FILE a lawsuit.  No hearing, no testimony. And this type of suit won’t have testimony because they’re arguing over how to apply the law.

Nobody said they did. That's your weird little red herring, not mine.

All they have to say when filing is that there are some.  They provide additional evidence and make specific arguments later.

Look kiddo.  An allegation, which is what is in the filing, is a factual claim. It hasn't been proven yet but it's still a factual claim.

Sigh.

Obviously this subject is a little too much for you to handle emotionally.  I get that for you lefties seeing some of your advantages unravel can be upsetting.

Why don't we just let the lawsuit play out and then maybe the judge will have better luck explaining this in a way you can understand than i did.

In this lawsuit they have not alleged that non-citizens are registered to vote in Arizona.
