The United States does not provide foreign military aid as money.  We provide weapons, which are manufactured by US companies. The U.S. arms makers get the money and the foreign nations get the weapons, not money.  The weapons the US provided to Ukraine went to the government, not to Burisma, so there was no money to “siphon.”

IF you don't know ALL of the EVIDENCE, you have NO BASIS to make ANY judgements about the validity.
