Ahh desperate to try and make what is into what you would rather it be. I was born xy and am proud to accept myself for what I am = male and thanks to heterosexual unions we all even exist which is at least a valid reason to be proud of ones sexuality.

If you are ashamed of accepting that you are xy thus a male that is because you suffer something called gender dysphoria, you are sick in the head and need to be taught to accept yourself for what you are.

DEI doesn't need to go that far.  Just having it at all is something that's cancerous and repugnant. 

 

Someone's race and/or victim category should not be a factor at all in a hiring decision.

I was not born when they first landed on the moon so how could I be proud of this? Again.. good for you. I as a person find it hollow and meaningless to be proud of things that I have no control over. You are apparently are and that is fine. Not sure how repeating ourselves is of any value.
