Trump Media Loses $327 million on $700K revenue

Trump Media just released shockingly bad financials on their SEC filing, showing that in a single quarter, the company had a NET loss of $327 million and revenue of only $700,000.  For a company that reportedly had only $200M of cash at the beginning of the quarter; this is really bad. 
 

This cash burn cannot last very long at all. If you’ve bought stock in this company, you’d be a fool to keep it. Its revenue is less than a single McDonald’s franchise. It’s true that there have been publicly traded companies that operated at a loss, such as Amazon and Uber. However, those companies had hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue, which grew to over $1B revenue, and then they turned profitable. So investors could see a roadmap where the company could turn a profit on its current growing revenue. 
 

But if this company increased its revenue 10X, it’s still peanuts, at less than $50M a year, and with quarterly losses exceeding $300M, no way can it stay solvent.
