Bidding wars in Toronto for rental units. Driving rental prices up. Sounds like the house prices issues all over again. Way overbid and then whine about prices being too high.

That's what happens when you bring in a million immigrants in a year. They all have to live somewhere, right?

Oh great. The renters bill of rights will make sure they are not allowed to have bidding wars

But hey, if ya wanna live in the  centre of the universe, ya gotta pay the going rate. No bidding wars in Dildo Newfoundland  (and yes, I have been there)
