Jaywalking... probably do not need a crystal clear video showing the who, when, what, and how. In the case of trump, if I was the prosecutor i would have to have a "smoking gun" or very close to it. Circumstantial evidence is not good enough for myself. Do I like Trump? not even a little bit.
