Trump doesn't have to be inducted or convicted of Insurrection....he was THERE ...on nationwide Television, he was seen and heard urging his followers to attack the Capitol and forcibly stop the Electoral Colleges function of placing Joseph Biden in the position of PRESIDENT of the United States of America and in fact exhorting those same followers to force Mike Pence,former  Vice President on his own staff to " do the right thing" and step in and stop the Electoral College from completing its task  by MILLIONS. ....So don't even TRY to deny that TRUMP and those who followed him in that attack were indeed GUILTY of INSURRECTION.  All it takes ...ALL. it takes now, since Trump ADMITTED through his attorneys that he IS an Officer of the United States of America when he serves as POTUS , then, under the 14th Amendment's Article 3 , he is, by his own statement, GUILTY of Insurrection.

What you missed is that criminal conviction is NOT the criteria for disqualification from the PRIVILEGE of being on a ballot.

You believe a POTUS candidate needs to be convicted of being under 35 yo to be disqualified?

There is NO RIGHT to be on any particular ballot. You have to be QUALIFIED according to the Constitution.

Hell by your definition when Trump was elected there were all types of insurrections since there were MULTIPLE riots demanding Trump be removed from office. I remember when there were all these conspiracies on how Hilary could become President, they just needed to impeach Trump and Pence and Pelosi would be President and then she appoints Hilary to be her VP and then Pelosi steps down so Hilary could be President. Why didn't the FBI arrest them for conspiracy to insurrect.
