"At some point … our diploma is going to end up looking a lot more like a participation prize than an actual certificate that shows that someone actually is prepared to go pursue their best future," former Oregon gubernatorial candidate Christine Drazan told Fox News. So the RACIST BLUE STATE OF OREGON apparently thinks blacks are inferior and stupid cannot graduate with basic skills. No surprise there. The inferior public schools of that fagg state have graduated a bunch of idi0ts who voted for idi0ts in public office. Meanwhile, ONCE AGAIN BLUE STATES PROVE INFERIOR IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOL ARENA.
