robosmith Posted September 28, 2023 Report Posted September 28, 2023 Hunter Biden sues former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani over infamous laptop Quote Hunter Biden on Tuesday sued former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani, his companies, and another attorney over alleged violations of computer fraud and data access related to a laptop computer Biden is said to have left at a Delaware repair shop. From the suit: “For the past many months and even years, Defendants have dedicated an extraordinary amount of time and energy toward looking for, hacking into, tampering with, manipulating, copying, disseminating, and generally obsessing over data that they were given that was taken or stolen from Plaintiff’s devices or storage platforms, including what Defendants claim to have obtained from Plaintiff’s alleged ‘laptop’ computer.” The suit also says Biden’s data was “manipulated, altered and damaged” before it was copied. Violation of Delaware LAW: Quote § 12B-100. Protection of personal information. Any person who conducts business in this State and owns, licenses, or maintains personal information shall implement and maintain reasonable procedures and practices to prevent the unauthorized acquisition, use, modification, disclosure, or destruction of personal information collected or maintained in the regular course of business. AKA, giving the laptop to Rudy was a CRIME. Quote

Violations. (a) Pursuant to the enforcement duties and powers of the Director of Consumer Protection of the Department of Justice under Chapter 25 of Title 29, the Attorney General may bring an action in law or equity to address the violations of this chapter Quote

Rebound Posted September 28, 2023 Report Posted September 28, 2023 My understanding is that Biden has sued Giuliani in California, under a California law which protects personal computer data. Quote @reason10: “Hitler had very little to do with the Holocaust.”
