Honestly i don't think that's entirely accurate.  Trolls tend to be much more effective and nuanced - I mean he's not 'stirring anyone up', pretty much everyone is just laughing at him.

I honestly believe he's one of those people who's so obsessed with hating trump that he needs to feed that hatred by ranting about him.  And while he probably enjoys poking at trump supporters (which in his mind is anyone who doesn't hate him) it's more about validating his own feelings given that the facts dont' really  back him up

And now what's happening appears to be that as trump ISN'T losing, and is in fact gaining in the polls and as more and more americans decide biden is shady and guilty of various things, he's becoming more and more desperate and  is having a harder time validating his hatred and his personal belief that the universe will punish "orange man".

I mean look at this behavior - it doesnt' even make sense. I mean - in retrospect i can understand 'cheeto' because they're obsessed with him being 'orange',  but mango?  And reposting the same meme 100 times?
