While this is more about prosecutor it also reflects liberal judges practices Add  the de fund police movement  and you have a crime spree in liberal city's across America .

I dont know when criminals rights and became more important the victims rights but with democrats it seems to be going on .

Look at how mayors governors Biden and Harris protected them and raised bail money for them .

You make far too broad an accusation about "liberal" cities and judges.

There are thousands of cities and tens of thousands of judges. They all apply the laws of the land. If the accused is not satisfied with the judgment, they have the right of appeal (and appeal and appeal) up to the highest court if they want.

Nothing liberal about it. Just a statement on the overly litigious American society.

Point is, there are far too many checks and balances to make biased statement like yours.

It is a fact that crime is on the rise in democrat controlled city's, perhaps if your narrow little paranoid mind would accept facts. And the de fund movement has resulted in more crime in one city they lost 2/3 of their sex crime investigators and can no long investigate some sex crimes, a wonderful plan if your a rapist of women or children. Another great liberal plan at work.

Crime is up but it seems to be up way more in Democratic run cities. I hope most people with even a little bit of common sense would admit that the Democrats soft on crime policies have been a colossal failure and actually pretty much incentivize crime.

Its higher in liberal citys to the point where legal several liberal prosecutors are facing being removed from office for not prosecuting some serious crimes . Also some city's due to the de fund liberal movement have less officers thus more crime.

In one liberal city they had to cut the detectives so much 2/3 of the sex crimes unit were laid off and now they cant go after new cases they are so over worked and far behind. All thanks to liberals and thier Duhhh policy's.
