You can compliment the troops, and be critical of those that direct them. this is not a black and white situations, theres an awful lot of grey. Do you really think those boys want to be over there? Dont you think they would rather be at home with their famlies? girlfriends? wives? They go for the very reason you posted. The manner in which we defend it is just as important as the fact that we do. We cannot decend to the level of those that we fight. We are better than that. More importantly the ability for are citizens to critizise our government is the very basis for our freedom.
