August1991 Posted September 2, 2017 Report Posted September 2, 2017 While walking in Montreal's metro, walking by many people, a good friend (an atheist) tried to convince me that any public religious symbol is wrong. She argued that a christian cross, a jewish kippah, a muslim chaddor is an insult to modern western civilisation. I disagreed. Quote
