So are you calling me an anti-semite??

Above all else though I'm as anti-rueish as I suspect any reasonable Jew/Israeli would be as well.

Uh yah you speak for "Jews" and Israelis now. Got it.

Yah I am a bad Jew. Bad bad bad. No Jew or Israeli could possibly agree with me. I am a rogue Jew.

Damn just when I thought it could not get funnier from you with the name calling. Now you hide behind Jews and Israelis

to insult moi. Lol.

Its the support you produce for Israel and more pointedly the way you present it that's insulting or should be. I fail to see how it can possibly help Israel's position.

That fails to answer a pointed direct question.

That fails to answer a pointed direct question.

The thread was about whether President Obama was/is an anti semite, not you. I spoke directly to that topic.

If you want to discuss the topic do so.

If you want to talk about you, go to a bathroom and look in the mirror.

As for the topic this article in the Jersusalem Post discussed directly the question of whether

Mr. Obama's foreign policy positions with Israel have been anti semitic.

http://www.jpost.com/Opinion/Column-one-Barack-Obamas-anti-Semitism-test-404430

Mr. Obama responded with a definition of anti semitism I support and the anti Israelis on this

board do not interestingly enough.

If you read the article the criticism of Obama is pretty much what I would argue. Obama holds

Israel to a higher moral standard than others. He has an excuse for it. He believes his excuse

makes his double standard not discriminatory or anti semitic but "fair".

I do not. I think it makes him discriminatory and what some would call the most dangerous kind

of anti semite, one who does so thinking his discrimnation against Jews is a good thing, a fair thing.

Certainly in Mr. Obama's mind, his double standard is not intended to be hateful.

The article shows a smugness that we Jews see in a lot of trendy leftists who think nothing of

that double standard and holding us to a standard of sufferage they hold no other people to.

So is Obama an anti semite. No not an overt Jew hater. Not even someone who contests the right of

Israel to be a Jewish state BUT a man who used his office to impose a discriminatory and patronizing

attitude to Israel presuming he could dictate to it and hold it to a higher moral standard than any other

country in the world. When does discrimination against Israel not constitute anti semitism-if it does not

question the right of Jews to be Israeli which he does not. That is my opinion. His views therefore I would argue

are discriminatory and even dangerous to Israel, but not anti semitic.

Who is you?

You is Rue. You know, the guy who responds to criticism of Israel or resistance of the status quo which puts Israel on a pedestal like they're 'chosen' to receive special treatment, with long winded rants and accusations of anti-semitism (racism).

You came on this board

Who is "you"?

"What do you think of Western civilization?" Gandhi was asked. "I think it would be a good idea," he said.
