Apparently, there is such a thing as "sex addiction," you know. I don't know how legit is that. They use that as a defense in some criminal cases to try to show that they couldn't help what they do. Nobody ever uses the term sex addiction in the way you do ("I was too drunk to know what I was doing"). It's usually used by cheaters who use it as an excuse to cheat. It's BS for the vast majority of people who say they're sex addicts. Besides, you're conflating the term with anyone who enjoys sex which is pretty much most people.
