betsy Posted July 10, 2016 Author Report Posted July 10, 2016 (edited) Praise me Praise me Praise me Praise me 1. Acknowledge Me as your LORD, and GOD. OBEY Me. 2. Glorify Me. OBEY Me. 3. Glorify Me. OBEY Me. It's all in this one sentence: I am the Lord, thy God. Now, wrap your head around that....and ponder what it entails. Edited July 10, 2016 by betsy Quote

betsy Posted July 10, 2016 Author Report Posted July 10, 2016 (edited) Are you fucking kidding me? Are you motherfucking kidding me???!?!? Now you're saying bisexual people may just be mentally ill. I'm sure there are cases when may be true yes, but for Pete's sake... You need to go back and read your Bible. The good parts. Betsy, just love. And especially love the people who just want to love. All these LGBT+ people are asking to do is love, they want the freedom to love and not be judged by us. That's it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Well? Did you read the sources I gave you? You, yourself says that there are cases when that may be true..... What do you mean, betsy just love? You mean.....don't discuss this like grown-ups? You don't like the argument being given, so you throw Christianity in my face? That's your rebuttal? It's so typical when progressives get bogged down, they try to use guilt as their last resort. Use the Christian card! Edited July 10, 2016 by betsy Quote
betsy Posted July 10, 2016 Author Report Posted July 10, 2016 Of course, in that case, you would be being raped, so your sexuality wouldn't be a consideration. Well, not exactly. There are those who go to bars looking for one night stands - and drunks sometimes end up going home with someone they wouldn't even consider had they been sober. Quote
betsy Posted July 10, 2016 Author Report Posted July 10, 2016 (edited) Or third and most likely option - they like sex! The horror. Well? If you love sex to the extreme that you'd go with anyone or anything......there's a term for that. Apparently, there is such a thing as "sex addiction," you know. I don't know how legit is that. They use that as a defense in some criminal cases to try to show that they couldn't help what they do. Edited July 10, 2016 by betsy Quote

Nowadays they can be tried for rape. Depends on the circumstances....it's not clear cut. They can both be drunk for one thing. Edited July 10, 2016 by betsy Quote

If there are no witnesses - it's his word against hers! What? You're ready to judge without any trial? Talk about being judgemental - you don't know everything and anything that went on between them, and here you are all set to slander the person as rapist! Of course you can consent to sex even if you're drunk - it depends on how drunk you are! You haven't seen an obviously tipsy woman dancing with a partner on the dance floor - and they're practically making out on the dance floor? We had an entertainment business way back that caters to bars - I'd seen them. And they just met in the bar! And they leave together like intertwined octopus - what would you've assumed happened next? Edited July 10, 2016 by betsy Quote
Ash74 Posted July 10, 2016 Report Posted July 10, 2016 No, I don't think you can consent to sex if you are drunk. Of course, charges don't have to be laid. That is a pretty blanket statement. By that reasoning just about every person ever that has gone home with their wives, husbands or partner after a few drinks has committed rape. Drunk driving and having sex are not comparable. Reflexes are affected when you're driving drunk - and accidents can kill or maim. You can make decisions, but you won't be quick to react. That's the reason why you're not allowed to drive drunk, or having had one too many. The only thing you can compare that to having sex is....... when the guy ejaculates too soon - or he misses the X mark! Edited July 10, 2016 by betsy Quote

One is forced to take responsibilty for a decision made while drunk in one case, but not in the other. Quote

Guest Posted July 10, 2016 Report Posted July 10, 2016 You are asking rational people to wrap their heads around this and ponder it? Why? It's difficult to wrap one's head around why anyone would put any faith in words that were written so long ago and passed down by human after human throughout history with the express purpose of control of the masses.
