I don't know what a warning point is for really but how do I get rid of it?

Also was I not allowed to post a topic like that? It wasn't containing any foul words. I thought it would supply some off topic lightness. Do we only have to discuss serious matters at all times? It was a post titled "Is Christy Clark the best looking Premier" or something like that. Then I asked for people to list other attractive politicians. I thought it would be fun.

Last year a former NDP MLA criticized her for being too revealing in the legislature, which made the national news btw, so I figured it was a legitimate topic.

Since I wasn't being vulgar. Did I post the topic in the wrong area? Please help me.

Just put them on your ignore option, do you know how to do that?

No, please help me, I don't know how to do it.

They keep calling my Mr Canada. I am not Mr Canada. It makes me sad. Why do they always call me Mr Canada? Everyone is bullying me, first they delete my post then they attack me and accuse me of being Mr Canada. What's next?

oh right.,.....merlin. Like the magician who pulls tricks , such as illusions of being someone else?

Cool!

I don't understand what you mean. Please be nice to me. I am a disabled person and I don't need some people causing me further pain. Please tell me what you mean and I hope you're not being mean to me.

Thank you for your help. Some of me tells me that I shouldn't have to hide that people shouldn't be allowed to blatantly accuse me of something without a shred of concrete proof whatsoever.

I don't care if you're MrCanada or not, I can't believe you got a warning point for that.

Christy Clark isn't a patch on Danielle Smith. Of course, she's not a premier yet.

Yes.

We do not have time for a meeting of the flat earth society.

I'm scared because I don't really know what a warning point means. Can I ever get rid of the warning point or is there forever? I didn't try to make trouble here.

I am a new member and just found this board so I may not be up to speed on the rules...I am sorry to the owner of the board if I made some trouble. I don't want to be in any more trouble. I have enough trouble with my disability.

When is mr Canada going to be banned agai? I suppose it's only a matter of time.....

You are an insult to actual disabled people.

I failed to see how mentioning disability has to do with anything.

I have no idea when Mr Canada is going to get banned. All I know is that I am not that poster. My take on issues is different from that poster's.

Please do not insult disabled people. Some people would rather that we disabled people just die and go away so they don't have to deal with us. Well we will not just die and go away.

No one's insulting disabled people, Merlin.

But cybercoma's right: If the repartee here is causing you pain, take a break.

This is a political discussion board. It's feisty at times.

Eta ... How does your take differ from MrCanada's take on issues, and how do you know? :D

I don't know what eta means. But when I first joined here many ppl called me mr canada so I read some of his posts and his ideas are differnt from mine. He lives in Halton Hills, I live in Toronto. I am disabled, he is not. Many differences. He seems very right wing I am in the middle and left wing with many issues.

From what I've been seeing it appears there is a real bully situation going on here. It doesn't matter if some think this poster is some one else, refute the posts not whom you perceive the poster to be. Try growing up and dropping the school yard attitude, it may be hard but use some self control otherwise you just appear small and petty. If you disagree with Merlin then articulate that sentiment, it will raise the tone of discussion and eliminate the pettiness.

If Merlin is formerly known as Mr. Canada and if Mr. Canada has been banned then Merlin is breaking the rules.

But the best way to deal with this is to report this alleged violation rather than continuously ask the question.
