No more unhinged than many of our so called Democratically elected leaders. Thing is Icke is not in power, so really whatever your hangs ups about him are, they are not really relevant to what is happening in the world.

Yes some of his views are out there, and really the reptilian thing is one item that even turns off his most avid followers. But that does not discount the rest of what he has to say. I know people treat Jones the same way. I don't like all of what these guys say, nor do I agree 100% with them. You don't have to. But if you listen, you might get something valuable out of it.

There is something each of our leaders are doing that many of us do not agree with, or we think is outright crazy, so we should be spending the time going after the leaders instead of picking on a guy like Icke who is just trying to help people by giving them the information he believes in.

When Icke talks about the global elite that are in power and how they are running this planet and how they are shaping it, he is on the money in my view.

It's a choice if you want to listen to him or not. I have listened to him. I am also not ashamed to let you know that I do listen to him. We can always talk about Bill 'f*ck-it-we're-doing-it-live' O'Reilly for a counter point.

I don't think the global elite he identifies is correct. Of course elites have always tried to shape events to go their way, and often they are very successful. I don't think there is one vast conspiracy tho. Elites often have conflicting ideas and in fight among themselves. But we do seem to be moving toward an elite of the top 20% that will have the resources and power while most people become serfs to them.

Sure the non crazy people who have put the USA into huge debt, and stretched thin with a global war on terror. The non crazy people who have screwed the banking system so hard that is now has global impact and we freak in Canada if Spain of Greece goes under. The non crazy people who bomb Libya but won't bomb Syria. The non crazy people at the UN give Mugabe the chair on Human rights Commission or something like that and at the same time makes China a member to try and champion human rights. The non crazy people are are slowly destroying the EU. The non crazy people build thousands of nuclear weapons that can crack this planet in half. The non crazy people create laws telling you how to live while telling you they are trying to keep you safe from the terrorists they once helped created. The non crazy people let an oil rig in the gulf explode and sink and used an extremely toxic substance to try and dissipate the oil, killing all sorts of things. The non crazy people tell us nuclear power is safe and that the Fukushima radiation is nothing to worry about. The non crazy people putting tuition out of reach of many people causing people to riot because of the costs. You are telling me I should trust THOSE people?????
