bloodyminded Posted July 30, 2011 Report Posted July 30, 2011 BM, you are so obtuse that, to defend your own viewpoint, you favour Hitler in opposition to Churchill. Sad. Dear August1991, Thank you for your great letter! As I'm sure you know, Bloodyminded is crazy busy, what with his touring schedule, the launch of his cool new bio, and his upcoming appearance on MTV's Teen Choice Awards. (Congrats to BM on his nomination!) So he can't respond to letters...but rest assured, BM reads each and every fan letter that is sent! Nothing is more important to him than his fans! Make sure to visit his website to check out his upcoming "events" calendar. And don't forget to visit the store, where you can buy t-shirts, signed autographs, and a picture of him in sunny Cancun on Canada Day weekend! (Just who is that special lady with him? Stay tuned to find out!) All this and more is just a mouse-click away! And remember to register and logon...members get a discount! Sincerely, Jonah Slipp President, Official Bloodyminded Fan Club Assistant and Media Advisor Quote As scarce as truth is, the supply has always been in excess of the demand. --Josh Billings
Oleg Bach Posted July 31, 2011 Report Posted July 31, 2011 Folger's? Yeah, what's the point? Was it a dark roast finely ground? A pound of coffee for Charely...hummm - he should be restricted to real bad instant coffee...and no sugar! Manson...was born in prison - his whole world was and is a prison...and he likes it that way...remember he was not some flower child - just a white trash creep and a shifty hooligan...funny how he who did not do any of the actual killings is still locked up while the knife weilding butchers who did the dirty deeds are free and in comfortable retirement. Sir Bandelot Posted July 31, 2011 Report Posted July 31, 2011 You have raised moral relativism to its ultimate conclusion. By your logic, Winston Churchill is no different from Hitler since Churchill approved the bombing of Dresden. By your logic, if the RCMP kill an innocent person it's the same as if teh Hell's Angels kill someone. The Hell's Angels and the RCMP are the same thing. They both kill innocent people. You would compare the intentional bombing of Dresden with an accidental shooting by the RCMP? What the heck are you thinking? Quote

dre Posted August 1, 2011 Report Posted August 1, 2011 IMV, anyone who deliberately kills random people is crazy, a psychopath. Are Mohammed Atta, Charles Manson, Anders Breivik different? Not all people that kill random people are psychopaths. That term usually describes an anti-social personality disorder in which the subject has no concept of empathy, or ability to form normal human attachments. Atta and Breivik believed very strong in a cause, and may have simply made value judgements that their acts were justified. They may or may not have empathy for their victims. They arent necessarily psychopaths. Manson seems like a more garden variety psychopath. A narcisist that used people around him to amuse himself and generate excitment seemingly with no empathy for his victims at all. Quote I question things because I am human. And call no one my father who's no closer than a stranger
