The charges were laid in 2007 yet he continued getting paid. While he waited for the case to conclude, Lavigne continued to collect a $132,300 salary despite being barred from attending Senate proceedings and committee meetings. I'm a Liberal and the guy should get what's coming to him. A lot of the conservatives on here (not all), though, have a hard time denouncing all the electoral fraud and contempt of parliament going on, though. It seems you're projecting your side onto us.
