Smallc Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 (edited) I take it you made it up. No, I've read it before. Did you read your own link? Edited October 13, 2010 by Smallc Quote
Saipan Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 No, I've read it before. Did you read your own link? Of course. You can copy/paste that it's happening everywhere. And how does that make Canadian health care better? Quote
Smallc Posted October 13, 2010 Report Posted October 13, 2010 It makes it typical. The quality of Canadian healthcare is far from bad. Quote
jbg Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 it's elective, you don't to brush and floss everyday I'm not paying for your dental bills, you want a boob lift pay for it yourself.... Are you posting that perennial "911 b**b-Quake - The End of Atheism" thread? Quote Free speech: "You can say what you want, but I don't have to lend you my megaphone." William Ashley Posted October 18, 2010 Report Posted October 18, 2010 I am honestly VERY suprised the Canadian Government denied allowance for entry of a Canadians Spouse - it can be presumed that a spouse WOULD indeed stay with their spouse - however I don't see why this would be a "non desired" occurrence. Isn't there some type of "spousal visa" or marriage citizenship allowance or something. Eg. A Canadian's Spouse of another nationality would be permitted to stay in Canada with their spouse? Also someone having been in Canada for 3 years, without legal problems etc.. may not be an issue to allow into the country? I'm someone who very much supports lax immigration controls unless there are actual issues such as a danger to Canadians. This is why I support a "departure deposit" that is paid by people entering the country. The deposit would cover the cost of return transportation or other administrative costs, and would be returned when fullfilling requirements. I am very suprised that this person didn't see - 3 years in Canada and married to a Canadian -- sure it might mean plans to stay in Canada (perhaps until retirement); however, it also says to me, this person is already half a Canadian. It happened, and it is the officials determination, I'm just suprised they denied a request for stay to a spouse of a Canadian 3. APPLYING FOR IMMIGRANT VISA OF CANADA AS A SPOUSE. A person may apply under this class if he/she gets married in Canada while on a temporary visa in Canada. Under this class the individual may have come on a visitor visa and while in Canada may have found a loved one with whom he/she wishes to get married. 4. APPLYING FOR IMMIGRANT VISA OF CANADA UNDER THE HUMANITARIAN AND COMPASSIONATE REASONS. Under this class application is made on the basis that if visa is not issued, the applicant will suffer undue hardships. ---------- How is being deprived of your husband not a hardship?
