Well here again we have the same song and dance by the socialists. They vote in favor or abstain from the vote but speak against Israel at every opportunity.

The very use of the word aparthied is disgusting and only serves to make people angry. it serves no other purpose. Meaningful dialogue about Israel is impossible as long as its enemies continue to use inflamatory language such as this to describe a situation in the Middle East.

So we have the all political parties in Ontario denouncing IAW which is hte proper response then we havet he NDP leader Andrea Haworth saying the exact opposite afterwards. It's obvious she's too afraid to go on record voting against this motion but has no problem writing open letters and telling the media she supports IAW. She is sending mixed messages here and it's disturbing.

Palestine is an apartheid state now. With Arabs treated as second class citizens. I find it funny that people here are against racism and discrimination in Canada but it's fine for Jews to discriminate against Arabs and that is perfectly acceptable. Hypocrisy of the left wing, typical.

If the US stopped sending Billions to Israel every year in cash and military equipment Israel would be gone in less than a year.

Against the background of the Israel Defense Forces offensive in the Gaza Strip, the CEC voted overwhelmingly in favor of the motions, accusing Arab parties of incitement, supporting terrorist groups and refusing to recognize Israel's right to exist.

The court issued its decision in response to an appeal filed by Arab politicians against the ban. A spokesman for the Courts Administration said judges overturned the ban in an unanimous vote Wednesday.

Even when public speech is not an issue, Jewish students at York experience ethnically and religiously based intimidation and even violence. The organizers would also have to provide an advance list of all program attendees and advance summaries of all the speeches. No advertising for the program would be permitted — not on the York campus, not on any of the other campuses participating by remote video.

These are radically different and much harsher terms than anything required from the hate-Israel program. The hate-Israel program is not required to pay for its own security. It is free to advertise. Its speakers are not pre-screened by the university.
