If you know what ethics are you don't have problems - If you have no clue what ethical behaviour is - then you have a problem and will continue to create more...the term is stupid - it makes no sense...it sounds typically feminist eccentric - some phrase out of the 70s --- boring... Those that convicted Black were members of a randomly-formed and ad hoc jury. Since you seem to appreciate dialectics, I will tell you why the presumed proud nature of these persons is irrelevant: a jury inside the justice system is essentially a vanishing mediator.
