Story Its probably fair to assume Jesus would forgive this kid but what would Harper do, blame the parents or incarcerate the boy? So you as what would Harper do with this kid....? Harpers proposed changes to the flawed YOA would have no effect on him. Once he grows up to be a 15 year old serial killer, then they would apply. Will there be a statute of limitations for parents and what would it be based on, the age of their offspring or something else? I never knew animals could be picked up etc...? Don't they normally run away and stuff? Why is it the public had access to these rare and expensive animals? What do the zoo keepers feed the crocidile again? Less expensive animals? What happened to the Dodo.. anyway it ain't as out there for austrailia as you'd think, you just don't find em this young usually, however it is fairly clear he is an aussie.
