This woman is irrational . She is horrible to her family. I felt sorry for her husband and kids.

I can only say, her religion has made her an insane fanatic

she is an alleged 'christian' and she went to a normal household I guess??

frightful , really.

OMG, they had a buddha!

In the end, the insane christian "warrior" took the money.

Insults are the ammunition of the unintelligent - do not use them. It is okay to criticize a policy, decision, action or comment. Such criticism is part of healthy debate. It is not okay to criticize a person's character or directly insult them, regardless of their position or actions. Derogatory terms such as "loser", "idiot", etc are not permitted unless the context clearly implies that it is not serious. Rule of thumb: Play the ball, not the person (i.e. tackle the argument, not the person making it).

Irrational ?You are being nice. She is a certified fruitcake. ( I certified her) Either that or she played up to the cameras.

She is such a good christian , and then she takes the "devil money" . She is a whore like the rest of us that would go on that show.

But I doubt her religion made her an insane fanatic. She was likely one to begin with, and then searched around for one that would have her.

The dad in the same house was far nicer than I would have been. That gross piggish woman would have been sleeping on the porch , save for the fact the producers wouldnt allow it.

Those poor kids , and that "seriously in need to grow some new ones" husband of hers. The kids should run since the husband cant throw her out of the house. (throw? a catapult couldnt throw that monster)

I feel so bad for the little girl. She looks sooo scared of her mother. Kid should get taken away immediately.

Friggin crazy people indoctrinating their children with their irrational fear and hatred should be in an insane asylum.

Always makes me wonder....Do the fanatics find the religion?

Does the religion feed the fanatic?

This woman REALLY makes me wonder?

I know these shows are done to show people in a certain light, but OMG, this woman was in her own home.

She did not hug or kiss her family. She just railed like a nut.

I thought the kids looked genuinely fearful.

also, forgot to mention she made me think of that other christian nutjob in Jesus Camp.

The one who had the kids crying and thought it was alright to indoctrinate kids.

There are lots of examples of Christians with the personality of a fork. That's what happens when you base your religious beliefs on a myth, and outrageous stories contained in a heavily edited "Bible". It isn't necessarily fanaticism that drives these people, it is sanctimony derived from their mythical belief that they have somehow been chosen by Jesus to lead a crusade.

Sounds like another wacko who has been on the Ontario scene lately. However, everyone knows that he is a psychopath and religion is his crutch. He can't believe in God, since his sickness makes him think that Satan IS God.

Scripted

They gave her a script and said act like a total nutjob on national television, humiliating yourself and your entire family?

Doubtful.

From what I understand, creative editting rules these shows, but scripted?

That woman was in her own home , tirading on her own family, and everyone else in her OWN home.

Also the kids look genuinely fearful, they don't have a clue what is going on.

I have no doubt about it at all. They are making money. Everyday there are people willing to do that on shows like Maury.

Scripted is not exactly the word I should have used. Staged is more like it.

Of course, they tell them to act this way. Do you think people have all these emotional outbursts and dramatic climaxes naturally, oblivious to the presence of a fellow a few feet away moving around the room capturing every moment from a different angle with his camera? And then when someone storms out of the house angry on one of these shows and you see them walking away pissed off---well you see that because there is a cameraman going step for step with this person. The funny thing here is that during all of this everyone is acting as if there is no cameraman. When yelling at someone they do not ever look at this man. I wouldn't doubt they have multiple takes on some of these. That does not smack of reality. Real people would be well aware of the presence of the camera. What is more likely--that all these people agree to have their out-of-this-world outbursts shown on tv, or that they agree to act a certain way for money. Wife Swap and Trading Spouses are most definitely rigged. Every week on these shows there are these high climax dramatic scenes with people going out of their heads over something silly.

I would say some game shows have to be rigged to some degree.

Take Deal or No Deal. They have a surprise guest for the contestant on the show. His long lost father is waiting in the back room to come out. It's not just the story that makes this so unbelievable. It is the way they play it out patiently. Howie does not bring this person out until he has gone a few more rounds. I've seen people say "No Deal" to high amounts money more than once all before the special guest is brought out. Now how the hell do Howie and the producers know that he would not walk away before they get to bring out his long lost father?

Did you watch the video jefferiah?

This woman, if she is acting, is a better actor than anyone in the last fifty years and she and her children (good little actors sure know how to look truly afraid) should recieve accolades for their incredible performances.

This is a real family. This was real. This woman really is a nutcase. She is the ultimate representative for Christianity. Ha ha ha.

Yeah, this performance is right up there with Stone Cold Steve Austin having it out with the evil Vince McMahon.

Well, regardless of hoe some Christians can be, or how some people of any demographic can be, I don't think you are overly concerned. You seem to be more concerned with a desperate attempt to get some sort of ha ha ha ha in, some sort of oneupmanship for you.

Oh, I've watched a number of these shows, and the true crackpots were the non-Christian, New Age types. The one I recall best is with the woman who had a quarter moon tattooed to her forehead and had her husband pussywhipped big time. In the post swap confrontation I just love how she complained about "too much male energy" in the other household. LOL. There's a lot of screwed up pagans out there, that's for sure.

Unchristian to follow a woman?....and a woman feeling outnumbered? ....thankfully your posts belie your own misgivings.

In name only sounds familiar.

This is about one person who is nuts. She touts her "Christianity" as though she (the filthy disgusting pig that she is) is "above" the people she was so insanely against (the booga booga "dark-sided"). Frig, even if they were Satan worshippers they were probably much saner than this idiot stick.

I am going to look up a site I was on last night -- "coming out godless"... some really really horrific shit that some people have been through in the name of religion and why they have become atheists.

Here it is.

This is getting out of hand.

This is getting into hypocrisy land. Making people feel bad because they are Christian is completely classless and reprehensible. Your issue should be with the nuts woman and not Christianity. There are a whole mess of Christians that have probably done a lot more good in this world than you could ever hope to do, and to bring them down just because they are Christian is proposterous. This kind of behavior is no better than Billy Graham forcing evangelism down people's throat and saying people should embark on a crusade. To get mad at some Christians for forcing their religion on people, while at the same time you push drugs and athiesm on people is complete hypocrisy.

There are lots of Christians who are tolerant and who wouldn't push their religion on anybody. To crap on Christianity makes you the same as someone who would crap on Islam.

Take your agenda with individuals who cross the line, not what people believe in. Shame.

simple minds, simple pleasures.

Drea and kuzadd have been on a anti-christian witch hunt for months now.

Anything they can dig up they post here.

Next, they will want some sort of Christian trials to see if they are posessed of the evil cult of Christianity and have painful eviscerations to rid the body of the unclean faith of Christianity.

The more they post, they more they disprove their own point that Christianity is 'bad' whereas the logical answer is that 'people' are bad.

One hardly needs to remind them of the much more gratuitous evils committed in the name of states where ANY religion was outlawed.

Oh yes, how did that work out again?

lol
