  1. Uninformed punk at home, uninformed punk abroad.
  2. has not set their status

  3. The unions want nothing but your money, so they can give it to the party you don't support. Those who are stupid need the union. Those who can speak for themselves, don't. Have you ever wondered why Oshawa more often than not votes Conservative?
  4. I remember when the Tea Party crowds demonstrated all over the United States they were called racists because there were rather few black faces to see. The crowds protesting in Wisconsin must be at least as racist, because there is a definite dearth (for those 'educated' by public school teachers, dearth is something they should look up) of black faces in the Wisconsin crowds. RACIST BIGOTS!
  5. Thanks! Strangely, the states in the other tables shown previously, do not appear anywhere near the top of this list. And of course the states on the top five on this list produce nothing but geniuses.
  6. Pretty good links. Now, find links showing demography. Find links pertaining to dollars spent per student. Then gloat!
  7. Provide links, please.
  8. A couple of posters here are too dumb to know any better and refer to me as "Union Jack". I mean, how stupid and illiterate can you get?
  9. All right, I am now on my knees in front of my keyboard. I am begging your magnificent forgiveness. I am so sorry, I can't find the words to express my unworthiness next to you and pinko. Some of the most distinctive marks of a liberal is the lack of common sense, lack of sense of humour and extremely thin skin. You and pinko qualify. Nay, you two share first prize.
  10. I am willing, wanting and waiting to stop right there. You WIN, I LOSE.
  11. Your problem, pinko, is that you say it even when you have nothing to say.
  12. pinko, have you considered getting your Grade 2 diploma in reading comprehension?
  13. My arguments - at least regarding unions - are totally unassailable.
  14. Not at all, Scotty. I have always believed in individual responsibility and individual duty and obligations. Unions are THE perfect anathema of that. Unions encourage and promote laziness, slagging, lying (witness the so-called teachers phoning in sick in Wisconsin) and dishonesty enforced by physical violence and/or murder and death. I joined the union as a necessity to obtain the job I described a few posts back, which re-enforced my born belief that belonging to any organization whose membership is thugs and thieves is wrong. I made my life what is is on my own. Could it have been better with union help? Perhaps, but then I could not look in the mirror and like what I see.
  15. pinko, you were obviously "taught" by unionized public school "teachers". Did your Mommy instruct you to edit your post?
  16. I actually LIVED those stories, unlike a young punk like ....
  17. Well, except for me and a few enlightened good conservatives, they surely haven't shown up on this thread.
  18. "The right to organize, and to form a collective to represent the workers has been long established. And, yes, it works to the workers' advantage, which is why the employers try to break it up." Perfectly acceptable any place where there is competition. Thus an unsatisfied GM employee can find a more satisfactory accommodation at For or Chrysler. If GM loses and Ford/Chrysler gains, the public is not held hostage by any of the companies mentioned above. One can go and buy a vehicle made by the competition. But what about teachers, police, fire fighters, etc.??? Where can the public go? There is no competing fire department, police or school personnel (unless you want to shell out for private schools). Some services are essential and stopping and/or denying them by slowdowns and strikes are simply NOT acceptable, since there is no alternate service provided. Unions for these services are nothing but thieves taking advantage of laws hastily and foolishly established. IMHO there should be no unions for any of the essential services.
  19. As a wise man once said: If a government is strong enough to give you everything you need, it is strong enough to take from you everything you have. (Paraphrased). If they can make you join a union you don't want to join, they can make you join everything you oppose. George W. Bush with that ultimate in political correctness statement opened the door for giving legitimacy to the "religion" that holds women in contempt, "religion" that never got passed the 7th century, a "religion" that is the pure incarnation of HATE, a "religion" that expands not by love and compassion but by murder, killing and atrocities, a "religion" that declares all those who are outside of it monkeys, pigs and infidels, and must be butchered in ways only acceptable to uncivilized followers of a horny and murderous pedophile.
  20. Forcing people into unions, denying them their right to work is not too far removed from forcing people into a religion and denying them the freedom to worship as they like. The first step towards that was started with the most moronic declaration by a head of state in human history, when George W. Bush said that Islam was a religion of peace. Pie-in-the-sky doomsday scenario? Fantasy?
  21. Intelligence is NOT your strong suit, is it? Any day of the week.
  22. Here is an interesting article for those who are willing (or in case of hard-line unionists, ABLE) to read it: http://www.americanthinker.com/2011/02/why_i_changed_my_mind_about_un.html
  23. Force everyone unwilling into a union today, force anyone unwilling to be Muslim tomorrow.
  24. And you are nothing but a purveyor of utter nonsense without having the brains to get paid for it. Yes, I paid $5.00 (in 1964) for administration costs of my citizenship, but it was with money I EARNED, without any help from unions. You may be able to prove that you were born in Canada, but being a Canadian would be harder to prove for your ilk. Unless it is being anti-American and Muslim-lover, and of course being a unionist. All of which you are.
