some people are unable to comprehend that sometimes, by critiquing one group, it does not mean that you're advocating another. -

never seen this kind of desperate military industrial complex cheering since BC2004. i suppose we owe our gratitude to the military industrial complex for giving us google, unix, bitcoin and etc. conclusion: we owe it all to the $3 billion of u.s. taxpayer money gifted to israel. thanks AIPAC and zionism for their contribution to humanity. -
US Government Shutdown Mega-Thread

meanwhile, welfare cheques totaling $5.5 billion, to israel which gets most of the amount ($3.1 billion), saudi. egypt and over 75 other countries continue to flow without any question from either side or the media. of course, in time, that will change as well. i'm sure if it gets to that and as soon as israel stops receiving its money from the u.s. taxpayers, the heavily influenced congress will be instructed by AIPAC to work out a deal. -
California Republicans reach out to women!

it was an "unknown vendor". nothing to see here. the republicans do not have a tendency to attract racists, bigots and sexists with terrible sense of humour. -

are you seriously typing this crap? it's like saying, because we pay some rich guy welfare money, and he buys macdonald's, which employs people, this rich guy is really paying back the welfare money he receives. my standard of living is not due to israel's aggression on palestinians and the weapons u.s. gives to israel. what a load you spewed out this time. -

rue likes to challenge simple facts. it's a little hard not to call him on his fantasy world because he's just so out there. facts such as: - alawites are considered shiites by themselves and the main shiite groups and this is one of the main reasons why iran supports assad - israel receives over $3 billion a year in aid (welfare) from the u.s. taxpayers - u.s.' admission and documentation that u.s. helped saddam when he used chemical weapons against the kurds and iranians -
why is the u.s. suddenly crying about the use of chemical weapons?
bud replied to bud's topic in The Rest of the World
let's try this again: both khomeini and al sadr accepted the alawites as shiites. the alawites consider themselves shiites. this makes the alawites, shiites. not sure why you have such a hard time with facts. -
ooh. more photo posting that proves nothing. i remember some kids in school, where the teacher would repeat information and they just wouldn't get it. but they continued to repeat the information anyway: An Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) is a ballistic missile with a range of more than 5,500 kilometres (3,400 mi)[1] typically designed for nuclear weapons delivery (delivering one or more nuclear warheads). Most modern designs support multiple independently targetable reentry vehicles (MIRVs), allowing a single missile to carry several warheads, each of which can strike a different target. iran doesn't have ICBM. the pentagon acknowledges this and every other intelligence agency acknowledges this. DoP's intelligence, however, doesn't.

mainstream shiites recognize the alawites as shiites. i'm not sure what planet you get your information from. both khomeini and al sadr, the leaders of the biggest shiite groups and most mainstream shiite groups have both recognized the alawites as shiites. think about that for a second, before you reach into the confused head of yours and start typing one of your empty essays. -
i could care less if iran has ICBM's as long as they are following the law and their obligations. what i care about right now is confronting someone who spreads misinformation. once they have been confronted with facts and they try to deny these facts, then i know my job is done. this person loses credibility and anyone who reads them realizes this.
-
what i am saying is that they do not have ICBM's which you claimed they do. what i am saying is the truth and what you are saying is not the truth.

it's you and ezra who are playing the shrugging game by saying: "oh well, it's their fault for getting themselves into the situation and OMG, they support palestinians," -

eh? there is no middle ground here. the alawites in syria consider themselves shiites and the major shiite groups consider them shiites. whatever rue writes is just scribbles that's coming from his confused head. the only consistency that rue has is his consistent stubborn challenges of facts. for example: - he tried to say that israel is actually not receiving $3 billion/year in aid from the u.s. - he tried to say that the u.s. did not help saddam use chemical weapons, despite the official memos and documents that have been revealed there are more instances where he's gone head on challenging indisputable facts, but i don't think confused people like him should be given too much attention. -

ezra and bogus would be singing a different tune if these guys were not advocating for justice and human rights of palestinians. -
my job is to keep those who spread misinformation in check. as it has been mentioned numerous times, even the pentagon has said iran doesn't have ICBMs. since the facts have been revealed to you and you are still repeating the same misinformation, you are no longer making a mistake. you are now lying.
-
i have never denied such a thing. i am denying your misinformation that iran has ICBMs, since they don't. iran having ballistic missiles and a satellite launching program is all within their right. many countries have ballistic missiles and have launched satellites into space.

netanyahu will speak later today. for a transcript of what he will say, all you need to do is to look at all of his past speeches where he warns about how iran will have a bomb in a few months, starting in 1991.

okay. then your opinions on alawites have no weight when you are unable to backup your claims.
