They have the legal right to stop development on land if they have not been consulted about it. No those are matters for the police. Over 100 charges have been laid. While no doubt some of the crimes you list do occur on Six Nations, as they do in any community, some that you list are not associated with land reclamations by the Confederacy, and thus have nothing to do with this topic.
