If you read the thread you would have seen smallc say "Maybe they cut to the bar multiple times partly because Layton was there? " It was rhetorical question in response to this. Why would they have bothered with the camera at other games if no celebs were there to be on screen.

But the camera was still there at the bar, so the camera wasn't at the bar because Layton was there.

They cut to the bar multiple times though out the Hockey tourny and multiple times during the post game show.

The camera didn't move all of the shots in the bar were from the same angle. Further more he was looking directly at the camera. Why that we see here people assume Harper is a media hungry politician, but when it comes to the other leaders those same people have problems believing it?
