Yet it wa used and touted as evidence for years, how long until we find problems in the current dating methodes and have to find new ones? Science is about expanding knowelge and challenging boundries, this means that theories that we have must be challenged and changed, and most religious people I know what the science to be done because they beleive that it will vindicate them and their belief in god. So to use relgion as a reson to deny someone a postition is bigotry. -

Actually this is quite relavant because you are attacking Mr. Goodyears religious beleifs. Mr.goodyears views on how the world came into existance are based and part od his religious belfeifs, even though you seem to be unable to comrehend that. -

Many faults have been found with carbon dating. -
The workers have rights, their rights are outlined in legisation that was set forth by the government elected by the people that would include these workers. Don't ever pretend that the workers rights aren't protected, and that they have choices. They have all these things, unions exist now for one thing and one thing only power and greed. The day workers tried to extort money from me would be the day all of their jobs ended the business owuld be shut down and the assets liquidated. Nobody would hold me hositage. If my money started the business I took on the financial risk, not the union, they could the ban together and buy the assetts restart the business, or find new jobs. They can try to extort someone else with this type of legalized organized crime.

And if they don't like them they have the right to leave those working conditions. If the working conditions are below the standards set by you province by a government that was elected by the votes of everyone, then they have the right to compensation and the company bettering the working standards. If you pissed because you neighbour can buy a boat and you can't, and demand a raise, then tough cookies. Find a better job and increase you skillset or live in the conditions you have set for yourself through the training and career advancement you decided on when you entered that job.

Six months is a long time, and to disqualify someone from being able to sit on boards of directors van have the problem of pushing new. members away. What the conservatives have done is not remove democracy its members are asked if a nomination is needed in the riding, it jut too bad the the number for having one is too high. If a incumbant can't get support from 60% of the ridings members then their is a problem and a nomination needs to be held. So if 40% of the riding votes against the incumbant he should have to face a nomination race and the members of the riding. Tim Uppals and David Orchards aren't rare. Look at the Alberta provincial tories they have been taken over by liberals.

Better than holding consumers hostage. Develop some brass and talk to you boss, if the compnay won't give ou what you want find anotherone. So you want a worker who has no taken no risk in the company to have a say in how management is paid....HAHAHAHAH buy some stock in sthe company if you want a vote if not you are not an owner and should have no say. If management is bad the shareholders will fire them.

Massive Conservative $85 Billion Dollar Deficit
Alta4ever replied to madmax's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
An NDP party that ran them into the gound first, Calvert began making changes as he saw the end of socialism in the province because they just couldn' afford to keep it anymore. Then Brad wall came made some changes to the royalty structure and boom the Saskatchewan engine started finnally, it just took a conservative to turn the key, instead of whine about equalization that calvert was nolonger able to extort. -

Nomination proceses are costly and while an Mp is hard at work in ottawa, a sect of population could be working to take over the riding assocation and get a poor nominee nominated. I think it is fair for the membership to decide whether or not the incumbant has been doing a good job, I just think that 2/3rds majority is a little high, i think the number should be closer to 40%. If the incumbant can't get 60% upport from the CPC membership in his riding they should have to face a nomination race.

Do you have any real proof that t isn't? The funding for royal tyrell seems to be very good, considering the state of the museum, I take that family atleast once a year since i live so close.
