you're getting very confused. none of the J6 convictions had anything to do with the 14th Amendment. if SCOTUS rules in Trumps favour on the 14th Amendment then nothing changes for J6 convictions. still waiting for that exculpatory evidence to overturn the J6 convictions.

there is no free speech. that's pretty obvious. if you say something that is untrue about my business and it costs me money then you will pay for that... so, it's not free. or if, as in case of Rudy Giuliani, you lie about me and cause me to have to move or change my name... thats not free either. when speech is hate speech is a very interesting question. when it affects an entire group of people then it just gets difficult to directly relate the event (the speech) to some poor outcome for the affected group.

yeah well, i put this way. we denounce Iran, the Islamic state (the religion is enshrined in their constitution). in Iran women are murdered for not wearing head scarfs. countless others are discriminated against because they are either not Islamic worshippers or don't worship enough.
