  1. Yeah whatever. Keep on blabbing. The only contribution to this discussion you are presenting is fill and misinformation. Perhaps when you have a meaningful thought you can come back and post. Or *gasp* learn how to read..! and maybe even comprehend. Now to restate that free education will benefit Canada and Canadians, removing $20,000 in lifetime taxes from taxpayers at the federal level alone, plus inflation adjustment. It will also reduce redtape, staffing overload, and duplication of services. Better yet, it will create pensions for those who funded the initiatives. This will save time, money, and improve quality of education by giving students more time to study and less time filling out paperwork and waiting in line.
  2. As stated I'm not here to argue. I'm not trying to insult, I'm sharing my impression of you, no offense intended. The answer arn't there because you have some issue with reading the answers. Understand my tone is not meant to be nagging as I perceive yours to be, not vexatious at all. I simply believe you to be a troll and an anus. I could find much more creative ways to attack you if I wanted to insult or vex you. Since I'm not here to argue or flame, as you seem to be... ...if you want you could perhaps keep on topic and discuss free education rather than making false statements to distort the information presented. You and other here seem to get off on attacking people far more than actually presenting valid issues with a position. You have not done that, that is why your comments here lack substance. Regurgitating previously flawed positions really doesn't do anything.
  3. Hitops you are a troll that is why you are called a troll. Taking comments out of context proves nothing other than you like to distort information. You are digging for an argument, when I'm here to discuss. I'm not here to repeat myself. I have to state supporting false positions doesn't help you see the light it helps you fail miserably at improving the world. Its not too late to change and save yourself from a life of utter idiocy. You have issues. I can tell you are more challenged than some of the others with only slightly jaded and delusional viewpoints. You are here to be an anus and little more, I recognize that. I don't value your opinions what is your point? Stating false premises and gaps in logic only shows you to be stupid. Is this to say stupid people won't agree. Well line up the people to vote on the idea and lets see who is stupid. Tell enough lies people like you might start to believe. A vote which does not comprehend is not an informed vote. Anything that is free gets used inefficiently - not applicable to my plan. Lwhispers questions were answered. TimG raises nothing to do with my plan. None the less I have opened this up to discussion rather than repeating myself. IMO quoting other board members is pretty lame. Especially when it doesn't even come close to supporting the premise you are trying to make when the statements are taken in chronology and context to the thread. You are only demonstrating even further you have no clue how the thing works or are lying massively to distort it. Either way you are showing you are an anus..
  4. Nope just you. I replied to the others questions which you appear to be unable to read. This isn't democracy. It is basically ability to read and comprehend, as of now your vote doesn't count. You fail the qualifier. Although Guyser has come pretty damn close to trolling persistently, he still seems to not be totally obsessed though, unlike you.
  5. No the blockade was far more complex. Since the band itself wasn't an official sponsor of the blockade. Spence actually asked them not to. There was criticism of not enough aboriginal workers and training, and also that there are discontents due to people who were fired from working at the mine, and thus were not getting any benefit from its operation. http://news.nationalpost.com/2013/02/06/chief-theresa-spence-calls-band-council-meeting-to-discuss-blockade-on-road-to-diamond-mine/ Wanting "something"
  6. Private message, it is subzero in these parts. Its happened to me before I have a roommate at the moment addicted to League of Legends in what seems like Turrets, your protest will be second rate. Dude man I have had a swath of room mates that keep me up at all hours. I've lived with it. Dude, I've said repeatedly, protest is not a get out of charge free card, if you break the law while protesting you are still breaking the law. BUT protest cannot be criminalized. Criminal acts can, protest however cannot be criminal because it is protected by the charter. (hopefully you do realize I could give you anyones address including someone I don't like) Although the activism method would have you first contact me and explain your issues and your demands, as opposed to just making a ruckus at day 1. I think it is fairly obvious that notifying the police of your whereabout while exercising a constitutional freedom is nonsensical and not a reasonable requirement at law. If intending to breach legitimate bylaws during these actions it would make sense to get a special resolution or method from the city. But in absence of that the ability to protest should not be infringed, however people would still be subject to legitimate bylaws which did not violate the constitution. P6 does violate constitutional rights though, so charges under it have no force or effect. If people were being charged for jaywalking this would be an entirely different discussion, disturbing the peace, nuisance or mischief under the criminal code this would be a different issue, instead it is some dinky unconstitutional city bylaw that fines for money instead of charges for criminality. It serves to monetize protest and nothing more, and is not related to fundamental justice. It is a snide monetary attack. Hopefully you can see how people are being thrown around physically and ziptied and handcuffed to enforce a bylaw fine... I can only say under enforcement of a bylaw tackling people to the ground headfirst is a little overkill. When people are standing around. It is not legitimate when fines are the only thing that result under this bylaw and the whole book of Canadian criminal law is not sufficient to press charges. I find that problematic, that a bylaw is used to assualt people otherwise completely within the rule of law anywhere else in the country. You should not need to apply assaulting force to give a ticket.
  7. No I don't value my time to repeat information I've already written more than once. I said read the discussion, the facts are in there, you have them wrong. I have no obligation to spend time in dialogue with a troll. If you want to hire me to explain this to you send a rate and payment method otherwise read it yourself.
  8. The whole thing is theirs not just the reserve, the declaration specifically states all land is reserved for the Indians.
  9. The city's requirements violate freedom of association. Everyone who has something to express needn't get a permit from the city to express it. How about thousands and thousands of protesters all give their travel paths around the city on a daily basis, lets see how well they can track 5000 protests each day. Its a stupid by-law. #FILE38339 NOTICE OF PROTEST 383882892819 Dear Mr. Policeperson, today I am getting together with 5 of my friends. We will bI#I# and moan about how police are harassing us as we walk to and from school on st. x y z, perhaps we will wear a F#*( the police shirt, and carry Anarchopanda the Baptist buttons. After which we will go to classes, and mention how we had to write this note to you to avoid paying you $600 every day. Then we will go home we will be taking st x, then getting on the subway, perhaps we will meet some of our other friends and complain how we need to write a note like this to you every day. Also how is it fair that illiterate and/or mute people are denied freedom of expression. Criminalizing protest is not legitimate whatsoever. Now if they need the streets closed down for their protest it may make sense to notify the police to arrange for that, but if the protest does not involve disruption of public access the bylaw is overstepping. Protest and dissent cannot be criminalized it is unconstitutional. There is a difference between peaceful assembly, and riot. Cops shouldn't be attacking people who are peacefully assembling like they are rioters. It is not appropriate. You cannot criminalize a constitutional right because anything contrary to the constitution has no force or effect. 1. The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms guarantees the rights and freedoms set out in it subject only to such reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society. Fundamental Freedoms Marginal note:Fundamental freedoms 2. Everyone has the following fundamental freedoms: (a) freedom of conscience and religion; (b) freedom of thought, belief, opinion and expression, including freedom of the press and other media of communication; (c) freedom of peaceful assembly; and (d) freedom of association. This bylaw specifically targets protest in an unreasonable way. I should not have to report to the police if I want to protest aka peacefully assemble. The police do not supersede my allowance of protest, that is not something you find in a free society, it is called a police state.
  10. http://www.ctvnews.ca/canada/nearly-300-people-handed-637-tickets-at-montreal-protest-1.1226924 300 tickets at $637 279 Arrests. Protestors challenging municipal bylaw. They even seized a panda mascot head... (face mask...) (worn by a philosophy professor) http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/story/2013/04/06/montreal-anarchopanda-head-seized-protest.html This pay for right of assembly stuff is BS. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/story/2013/04/05/montreal-anti-police-brutality-protest.html
  11. hitops you still don't have your facts straight. You seem to be ignoring the fact this is not a "1%" cost for free education. It is far more indepth than that and you are misrepresenting it. Until you correctly represent it I suggest you refrain from posting because you are being obtuse.
  12. I simply don't believe you unless you suffered massive brain damage between now and then. You dont get it look at the whole thread again. I'm not even going to respond to your out of touch non factually based response because you arn't addressing the facts you are just concocting something that isnt what I've indicated, as such it is just lies and/or stupidity. I'm not discussing this with you until you use the correct facts regarding the program operation. You facts are wrong, and your post appears as nothing but misinformation. If that is intentional gtfo this site. I needed to deal with a wild dog pack on the outskirts of playa del carmen none the less wolves because of their numbers are the one animal that is issued because it is a pack rather than one animal that might be dispatched at close range with a high test crossbow. I only saw one lone wolf last year... it was friendly and kept its distance but where there is one I fear there may be many.
  13. I actually agree with hitops in some respects on this. In terms of property issues 1. This is mostly a provincial issue. 2. The federal government should work with the provincial governments to eliminate poverty in part by leveraging the unemployed and underemployed to take part in programs that are similar or equal to habitat for humanity so as to provide low income housing on demand. 3. The federal government should export all felons to work camps in the North of Canada to serve their sentences and until they provide for restitution. The government should be able to provide these services but they should do it through a Citizens Bank run in association with the central bank, and it should just be a mortgage service like the banks have, not a separate organization. CMHC actually generates revenue though. Why ruin a good thing?
  14. That is nonsense. A 1% increase in amount paid into the annuity each year from ones future income in perpetuity is not encouragement to remain in studies forever. Sorry but retards don't often get into post secondary studies. Usually basic math is a prerequisite of most programs, and almost always highschool graduation. Have you graduated highschool? You totally do not have basic literacy skills in terms of comprehension. I'm sorry but I can't acknowledge such as moronic non insightful post more than I already have. READ THE THREAD YOU ARE POSTING REALLY STUPID RESPONSES I can only say even the alcoholics with severe very severe brain damage would not be hanging around, if you would I'm sorry but you have lost all credibility in my eyes for anything involving math or numbers.
  15. Just a follow up, it is #1 again. Liberals poll higher conservatives is actually a very influential google search in terms of Canadian politics to be top ranked for. Just an example here, it is higher ranked than sun news for "liberals poll higher than conservatives" #1 You can say that means nothing, but it does have some influence.
  16. Does anyone know what is happening on the 10th? Can't seem to find the exact info anywhere other than "great explosion" etc.. Sorta curious as I'm due to head back up north on the 16th, and I don't want to get delayed due to WWIII and nuclear Armageddon. Any info is appreciated. What exactly will be the result here of an escalation war in Korea, or nuclear explosions? Will it effect ground transport. I figure fallout would reach Canada and the US in 2-3 days, just wondering if the Canadian government will alter transit like VIA in the result of Nuclear war in Asia?
  17. Not everyone graduates. But under the current system, someone else is picking up the tab. Huge chunks of student loans are write offs under the current system. The tax payer is paying billions each year for other people to go to university. Ontario for example is paying down at least 30% of tuition for new students, which is really an age biased policies since they won't pay this for mature students only new highschool graduates. Meanwhile people who get laid off can get second carear funding, yet people who are out of work with no education have to pay the full price...
  18. Dude, you don't get it do you, there is able to be more than one sovereignty, it says that they will use their power to insure the use of the lands for the natives. I call that a broken promise. Indian territory was violated anyone living west of the Appalachians should realize the royal proclamation was violated. They lied what is your point? No your point only indicates the British felt they have their own sovereignty, there is able to be more than one sovereignty, you don't seem to understand powers of state, I suggest you read up a bit. Sovereignty is held by people or persons, not by territories. Sovereignty is exerted over territories to create jurisdiction. These are really simple elements you don't seem to be aware of so your comment just appears as nonsensical. Jurisidiciton also exists over people and property, which is exclusive of territory. These are the principles of rule and ownership You basically just said, hey look its indian land... . it was their deeded land from the british perspective. While the british unilaterially position themselves to hold the title. Its like your house is deeded but really the Queens title, but you maintain your use as long as you meet the conditions of the land grant. Sadly though a proclamation is unilaterial it in no way effects other parties sovereignties. That proclamation was has not been upheld by the crown, it failed in its proclamation. The priniciple british deed is use of the land for the natives. In enforcing the proclamation the numbered treaties would not be possible since the treaties violate the proclamation, which had already been violated by settlers.
  19. No it lowers the google rankings, it is a thread specific targeting Not a random targeting Same as the other spam that is popping up. The website is being targeted and specific threads are being targeted If you know anything about SEO you know what I'm talking about. They don't want the public to know how many people are supporting the liberals and how many people are displeased with the conservatives, it ruins the media and PR image of the CPC. I've been a bit surprised how high Maple leaf web has been polling over the last month or two for public issues that are of import. Often in the top 5 over various issues. Example this thread was #1 for " liberal poll conservatives higher ", and it is now #2 under the huffington post. It is ranked above angus reid. Funny how the spam pops up in this thread, any Machiavellian tactician can see what is going on there. Its just a question of who is spamming and if it is either angus reid or the huffington post. they could get hit with big fines if they are engaging in those tactics. take a look yourself https://www.google.ca/#hl=en&sclient=psy-ab&q=liberal+poll+conservatives+higher&oq=liberal+poll+conservatives+higher&gs_l=hp.3...14260.14858.1.15049.7.7.0.0.0.0.162.936.1j6.7.0...0.0...1c.1.8.psy-ab.vgYf2LBtsFY&pbx=1&bav=on.2,or.r_cp.r_qf.&bvm=bv.44770516,d.dmQ&fp=f570f9550e02829a&biw=1366&bih=643
  20. thank god you have no power and are just a web troll *shudder* I hope you are really really old.
  21. I wouldn't be so sure of this, I devised this sort of plan when I was like 16, while playing devils advocate for a discussion amongst young people from influential local conservative families. I think someone 22 would be more than capable of doing it, if they understood how the registers list worked, and set up a backdoor on a computer when he had access to it. Not highly likely but you have kids in highschool doctoring their records etc.. I don't know Sona so I have no idea but I wouldn't rule this out by age. I'll wait to see what evidence the press puts out there on this beyond his lawyers statements "but he couldn't have done it alone" It is still quite flawed to hand over the information to the "biggest two winning parties" from the last riding election and campaigns so they can target people in their ridings. Just more partisan corruption of the suppose independent election process. The parties should not have access to private information nor should they run the elections, both these things occurs. It is clearly corrupt when you give the winning parties control of the electoral process for the next election.
  22. Pretty lame the one two up is trying to lower the results in google by inserting spam into the thread. Someone doesn't want this discussion to get noticed. The polls do matter, but I wonder who doesn't want this discussion happening. I wonder what country it was posted from.
