A recession is defined as 8 quaters of down profits (?pretty sure about the profits part, but it is defnitely 8 quaters), the US had 7. But, clinton had 8 years of some of the most, if not thee most prosperous quaters the US has ever seen. That cannot be said for Bush. Capitalism is unethical. I'm fine with that as long as everyone else understands that as well. However, that shouldn't be the case.
