Whether or not a mother aborts her own child is solely her own choice. Nobody, not even the government should have the right to interfere. Free citizens should have the right to abort their own children or not. I don't understand why you right wingers think that you can interfere with what a woman wishes to do with her child.

Stop acting like a 4th grader. Nobody's intimidated. Sir Riff is right. Just stop talking because then you expose more of your foolishness and immaturity.

If you still can't believe that the U.S. would do something like this, you are extremely misinformed about the extraordinary powers of government my friend. It would only sound like paranoid delusion to you because you seem to be deluded. Remember, governments care only for people as a whole, never for the person. Thus, this AIDS/CANCER cure conspiracy is extremely feasible.

Who Should Replace Bush
Mr Farrius replied to Alliance Fanatic's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Who should replace Bush? Someone else, for the sake of America. -
Ever wonder why Magic Johnson (a former NBA basketball player that was HIV +) lives so long? He has the cash. Cash=access to treatment.

Read some science magazines. I won't find you evidence for it because I could care less if you believed the claim or not. I merely introduced the theory for the sake of contribution.

Is America In It's Final Days?
Mr Farrius replied to newglory's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I must say I am impressed by your sources and your clever ways of defending yourself with a dictionary. First of all, I never said the U.S. was an empire, merely that they seem to have imperialistic interests. 2nd, note that in your powerful and compelling definition of imperialism from dictionary.com it says "political hegemony". Following that logic, isn't establishing the same political ideology in other nations imperialism? Or do you need to bring out Webster's this time? -
There is another conspiracy credited to the U.S. as well. Apparently, both scientific and economical evidence proves that there is indeed a cure for cancer, AIDs, and other numerous deadly diseases. However, the economy might collapse if there was such a great shift in industry as there would no longer be more research in this area. The government is withholding such treatment as a secret, and accessible only to the extremely wealthy. I find it that this actually makes sense considering that America is such a technologically advanced society, with a corrupt government that cares nothing for the individual citizen.

Is America In It's Final Days?
Mr Farrius replied to newglory's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Hey, regardless of whether France, Germany, or any other country that was established by the U.S. don't "follow the U.S. in everything they do" is irrelevant. How can they? What do you think a democracy is? Are you telling me that the United States' plan backfired? I think not. What is relevant is the fact that the U.S. is spreading its own political ideology across the world, making nations founded on the same principles that it has itself i.e. imperialism -
I'll have to take the right-winged side on this one. The complaint that students in schools are being "forced" to acknowledge God is egregious. It is simple. You aren't forced to recite the pledge, so if it has something you don't like, don't recite it. Or if you feel such burning patriotism for your nation and you feel convicted to recite the pledge everyday, close your mouth when it comes to the "under God" part. There is no need to take this all the way to the Supreme Court and try to undermine everything that the founding fathers of America established. Trying to mess with the Constitution is unconstitutional.

Is America In It's Final Days?
Mr Farrius replied to newglory's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
You wouldn't know that Craig, considering that you aren't even American, and you probably don't work in the American government. Let me start by saying that the U.S. government isn't stupid. I'll give them credit for that. Of course they wouldn't make it so obvious; the American people would revolt! Take a look at history and find the motives behind every geostrategic action the U.S. has taken. Why does the U.S. establish a democratic government in every nation it conquers?: Imperialistic interests, under the pretext of a friendly nation trying to help out. All of this is extremely similar to the concept of romanization, back in the days of the ancient Roman empire. -
Hey, I don't know about everyone else on this forum, but I never said Islam was a success either, which is yet another biased and opiniated statement. That's why religion can't be considered a success or a failure. Leave from where? Their countries? If so, once again Islamic nations aren't the only ones that are as horrible as you've described. If you're talking about renouncing their faiths, just because a slight majority disapproves and desires to leave doesn't mean it's a failure. I still fail to see your definition of success and failure, and why it those two terms have relevancy to religion at all. According to this idea, Hinduism too is a failure.

Iraq And Al Qaeda - No Links You Say?
Mr Farrius replied to Craig Read's topic in The Rest of the World
Responding to the title of this thread, it is interesting to note that Craig Read, and Vice President Cheney are just some of the very few people who believe there is a link to Iraq and Al Qaeda. It's also interesting that even Bush himself denied such allegations and corrected Cheney after the Vice President made such ridiculous assertions with no evidence whatsoever. Ouch, to be corrected by Bush. Come on, the CIA, the FBI... ran down literally thousands of links and found nothing. Well nobody should be surprised; one of the administrations favorite acts are to distort intelligence. -
So let me get something straight Mr Read. You don't think killing Arafat would lead to any drastic consequences whatsoever? I'm really curious. You speak as if killing Arafat would be something quick, effective, and peaceful. But of course, you forget America has already tried something like that once, failed miserably, and made itself the laughingstock of the world. But I'm seriously asking you, what is your vision of the events that would turn out after Arafat was killed?
-
Oh, so Mr Read has come up with a standard in determining what shows that a religion has failed. Whatever happened to the corrupt governments who abuse this religion and cause all those things? So, if those factors show that Islam has failed, what if the majority of Islam moved to the United States? Guess it's not a failure anymore. Bush makes sure none of that happens right? Fact is, a religion can never be a failure. Governments can.

My dear children. Thirty years isn't that long ago. Hm. Look at the past 50 years of this country. Look around you. Look at the changes. Look at how much the world has changed since then and how different things were. THEN, you come tell us 30 years isn't long.

Democratic Lies 2001-2003
Mr Farrius replied to Derek's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Three things: Winston Churchill was described as a "dunce" by his masters at Harrow. Albert Einstein's physics teacher called him "an idiot who will never amount to anything." Adolf Hitler's teachers referred to him as a thoroughly mediocre student. What does this tell you - that these three men, and President Bush, were all really morons, or that teachers and tests can be wrong? PLease, DO NOT tell me that Bush is anything like those three. President Bush does in no way shape or form fall into a category with those three. Bush is stupid. Don't deny that now even some GOP members have grown increasingly worried over Bush and his idiocy with domestic AND foreign matters. Just read the newspaper. Turn on the news or even the radio. Do things look good to you right now? I don't think so. -

Democratic Lies 2001-2003
Mr Farrius replied to Derek's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Quite right. I wasn't lying about Bush getting a 600. There was the rumor that he got a pretty dang low SAT score. I also wouldn't trust any media, considering Bush wouldn't want the general public knowing how low he's gotten. The ONLY reason he got into Yale was because his father was an alumni. Period. -
Bush's Address To The Un General Assembly
Mr Farrius replied to tec21's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I agree that the speech was pitiful. It almost seemed as if Bush was rambling on and didn't have a purpose at all. Of course, some Republodumbs have hailed the speech, refusing to look at many many points Bush failed to address. Iraq is doomed to fail. -
Democratic Lies 2001-2003
Mr Farrius replied to Derek's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Bush IS dumb. The only reason he even got into Yale was because his father was an alumni. He also got a 600 on .Not it's not. That's why dumb presidents get really smart people to advise them (National Security Council). Of course, presidents can be so stupid as to ignore smart advice, like Bush. He lies about everything. About Iraq, about intelligence (or fabrication of intelligence), and about the economy. Give me a break, do not tell me that Bush has never lied. Regardless, it's not like Bush doesn't have access to special intelligence. He chose to ignore it. He lied. They haven't. Sure, give a tax break of $600 more a year, and soon everyone will be paying $15,000 to pay it all back! -
