The 407 did not link my license plate to my transponder account because they said there was an amount owing. They said this 3 years later in 2005. To make matters worse, they proceeded to take my ex's account and give it to me without anyone's permission. Then refused full disclosure of documentation. They have been trying to extort a few thousand out of me and I am saying prove it.
