http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/School_shooting#United_States yes there has been 11 school shootings in Canadian history, 2 of them with 0 deaths, 5 of them being 1 death, 2 of them being 2 deaths, 1 with 4 deaths and 1 with 14 deaths With the U.S there have been over 130 school shootings .. I'm too lazy to go over the details for those but not in a million years can you compare U.S school shooting statistics to Canada's and make Canada look like they have a problem
-
Good for you Dawson College - 1 dead Concordia University - 4 dead Ecole Poltechnique Massacre - 14 dead ..Ecole was the worst in Canadian history but you're seriously going to point out shootings where 1-4 were killed? is that all you have? because if that is the criteria I could post 94 instances where at least 1 person was killed in a U.S school shooting
-
I give up on you BC, you don't seem to want to understand what a mass shooting is, you're probably capable of it but you don't want to look at your country's problem's critically, all you want to do is turn every thread into a Canada did this Canada did that You're of no value to me at all, good riddance
-
I am not just talking about this incident, on the news almost every week if there isn't a school shooting there is a night club shooting or their is a shooting at a birthday party or their is a shooting at a home that kills everybody inside ..its relentless, every week you are guaranteed to read in the news that multiple people were shot and killed in the U.S .. I mean there was just 18 people shot last week at a party Are you denying that this is true? this isn't about Canada where shootings like those I mentioned do not happen every week

This does not exactly help the global warmers here http://www.accuweather.com/en/weather-blogs/climatechange/how-did-this-past-winter-rank-1/62642 The winter of 2011-2012 (Dec, Jan, Feb) for the northern hemisphere was the 13th warmest since 1880, but 4th coldest since 2000, according to the Goddard Institute for Space Studies. These are observed temperature/ocean surface measurements. During this past winter in the Northern Hemisphere the average temperature was 0.58 C above normal. Globally, the Dec, Jan, Feb period was the 14th warmest since 1880 and the 4th coolest since 2000. The temperature anomaly was 0.40 C above normal, according to the GISS data. -

Have you considered that our main trading partner would consider doing what you propose to be a declaration of war or do you just plan on screwing the worlds # 1 power and not having to face any sort of consequences? -
you said he was one of the shiftiest politicians in 25 years and to check out his wikipedia where there are sourced allegations and out of the 3... one was ruled legal by EC, the other was nothing, and the last was he was fined 20,000 by his own party..unless I am missing something there are dozens of dirtier politicians in the last 25 years than that..come on man
-
he was fined for election fraud by EC, a politicians personal life says all you need to know as to what kind of politician they're going to be if he had no problem lying to his wife for 2 decades on and off, eating all kinds of food on the tax payers dime and never spending his own money... he's probably a pretty shitty politician ..you may disagree, it depends what your morals are

4. Rapid Inflation of Canadian currency through massive printing Who are we now China? screw that You want Canada to isolate itself from the world.. that is crazy Nationalism only leads to problems -
Well lets see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joe_Volpe#Apotex_donations As for the Apotex donations " On December 5, 2006, Elections Canada stated that Volpe had not violated election financing law in accepting the contributions." Then he was fined 20,000 for incompetence in registering new members as well as registering people who don't recall ever registering..shady yes Only one of these "scandals" had been proven to be against the rules I don't see how he's worse than Toews or Clement...dirty, yes, but not dirtier than those two
-
You know Clement and the whole G8/G20 misappropriation of 50 million dollar pork barrel before election to fulfill a promise of beautifying up the riding to get elected right.. and you know Toews who cheated on his wife multiple times within 2 decades, got one of them pregnant all while spouting off about his traditional family values, right? then getting it put on twitter and going on a witch hunt to crucify whoever was responsible, right? How could anyone be worse than those two? I simply do not believe you
-
shiftier than clement & toews & fantino & del mastro? i highly doubt it

Does this mean no more 50 million pork barrel beauty projects for slippery Tonys riding? what a pathetic man this guy is, clement and toews are scum and should be shunned by harper http://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/story/2012/03/10/pol-tony-clement-march-budget-culture-shift.html The upcoming federal budget will mark the start of a "culture shift" in Ottawa from "spending enablers" to "cost containers," Treasury Board President Tony Clement says. -
oh can't believe I forgot the impersonating of elections canada and directing voters mostly old people to the wrong voting station ..which is being alleged We are up to 10 different complaints ..

8 billion in cuts? not bad! now what would help them even more is to cut their spending -
Yeah, they dropped the ball there... a lot of incompetence coming from EC..which makes me not confident that they are the ones leading the investigation I forgot another one.. harassing voters by pretending to be representing their party and calling them in inappropriate times and being rude to them
-
yeah, that definitely is true I forgot Ballot stuffing allegations I wonder why we thought we were different?
-
Yes, well, you've been following this for the past month..there is all kinds of different allegations being made There is money laundering, like another in & out scheme being alleged There is over spending being alleged Their is the stealing of campaign signs being alleged There is what's going on in Guelph There is attack calls being made with the parties hiding their phone number There is calls being made from American firms and they masked the calls to look like they are coming from the local constituency offices in Canada I probably missed a couple..there's just too much going on and this thread is getting confusing
