As she backs up she turns the vehicle and it does in fact then point directly at the ICE Officer who shot her. About the time she puts the vehicle into drive and accelerates, that ICE Officer is still in front of the vehicle and he draws his firearm as she is driving towards him and the first shot is about at the moment she is hitting him with her vehicle. This all happened in a matter of seconds. Fact: The ICE Officer was in front of her vehicle Fact: She accelerated forward with the ICE Officer in front of her vehicle. Those are facts. They are on video from multiple cameras and angles. That alone is enough to justify the use of deadly force.
