You literally linked the quote that says elected: "No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President," However, running as VP might be interpreted as running for the office and an election to VP might be an election to office. There would be good arguments bith ways here.

Crockett Was Tricked Into Running

Yep. I am replying to myself. But, I thought about an angle that wasn't obvious. Do you hear these women saying that the only thing stopping them from voting red is Trump? That says a lot about how well the left has demonized him. But it also tells you that they like the policies. That makes me wonder if the 2028 election is going to have a big shift in demographics. -

You do realize that several of those "qualifications" have to do with her genitals? As for her being unqualified, being hired to jobs is not a qualification. Her ability to do them is. She was an abject failure as the VP. She objectively failed as a Presidential candidate both in the primary and in 2024. By her own words and actions, she clearly is not capable of independent thought. I don't assume anything. I am judging her on her merits. If I assumed someone was incapable of doing their job just because they are a woman, I would not love Caroline Levit so much. But she is a kick ass press secretary. See, you can not refute what I am saying, so you immediately resort to name calling. He was married. Separated, but married. That is not unattached. He was also way way way older than her and...**GASP**...their relationship did lead to her getting a job: La Times: Brown, exercising his power even as his speakership seems near an end, named attorney Kamala Harris to the California Medical Assistance Commission, a job that pays $72,000 a year.Harris, a former deputy district attorney in Alameda County, was described by several people at the Capitol as Brown’s girlfriend. In March, San Francisco Chronicle columnist Herb Caen called her “the Speaker’s new steady.” Harris declined to be interviewed Monday and Brown’s spokeswoman did not return phone calls. That article is from 1994. Even then they were saying she got the job because they were "dating."

I like how you call my post sexist when I rephrased Biden's main qualifications for VP. Time: In the first one-on-one Democratic primary debate Sunday, former Vice President Joe Biden vowed to pick a woman Vice President and promised to appoint a black woman to the Supreme Court. She slept with Willie Brown and got a job she wasn't qualified for. She called Joe Biden a racist and suddenly became black when he picked her for VP. Nothing anyone said above was untrue. In the face of facts you could not refute, you chose to call people sexist and misogynist. That is a lazy tactic that just won't fly. You can't get people to rethink their actions and beliefs if you are lobbing baseless lies at them. Do better.

It is so devastating that JD Vance is making jokes about it: https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/politics/2025/12/16/vance-defends-susie-wiles-after-vanity-fair-article/87794022007/ “Sometimes I am a conspiracy theorist,” Vance said. “But I only believe in the conspiracy theories that are true.” “Significant context was disregarded and much of what I, and others, said about the team and the President was left out of the story,” Wiles said. “I assume, after reading it, that this was done to paint an overwhelmingly chaotic and negative narrative about the President and our team.” ********** If Susie says it is out of context, I am going to bet it is out of context. #fakenews

Get past the hilarity of the DEI candidate calling herself the most qualified ever and there are some interesting points to talk about here. First, she stole this "title" from Hillary Clinton: Obama: Hillary Clinton Most Qualified Presidential Candidate Ever Democrats love this appeal to authority fallacy. They think that if they just say it, it will manifest itself. Second, what qualifies her? She never won a primary. She didn't even get a single vote. She served as VP. But the primary qualification, that Joe Biden gave, was her race and skin color...and they lied about the race! Is that what she lists as her qualification? Her genitalia and her genealogy? Finally, she got called out by the friendly host: "I like the 'some people say', but go ahead." Wow! How bad does your statement have to be that a super friendly interviewer openly disrespects your statement like that. And Kamala was too vapid to even notice.

Funny how you had to find a 10 year old poll rather than a current poll: Pew However, that poll is of Americans and I am talking about people immigrating to the US. A more pertinent poll would be world views: Pew Notice that the countries that we generally consider eastern cultural and the countries that generally practice Islam are heavily antigay. I know you didn't. I said that Mislims have laws that allow them to kill gays and Christians don't. You tried to dismiss that. The polls you cite have (at best) a mix of people born here and immigrants. It is flawed. We saw that in Texas were an immigrant killed his daughter in an honor killing. She was accepting of western values because she was born here and grew up around it. He was not. Source You are using old polls and extremist examples to paint this picture that Christians hate gays and hold the same views as Muslims. Those are blatant lies. You clearly have some level of animosity towards Christianity. Not in eastern countries. Let's say just 5% of Muslims hold the views I have outlined. If we let in 1 million, that is 50,000 that think it is ok to kill gays and jews. There is no misunderstanding. You just got called out for your views and you don't like it

BLM Executive Director Is Indicted
gatomontes99 replied to gatomontes99's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
This is such a childish argument. I am going to guess you are a 15 year old boy. You sit around arguing politics because you are bullied at school. You come on here to try to find some semblance of power. I think my theory explains a lot of what you say and do.- 55 replies
