See if the ILLEGAL immigrant wasn't granted a work permit from Biden and a license from Newsome he wouldn't of been driving the truck that killed those people. See if they aren't allowed in the country then they can't commit crimes in the country. This where you have it wrong every single crime committed was preventable by simply following the law and kicking them out. The sick thing is a lot of these guys have committed other crimes and were arrested prior to the Murder, Rape etc and they were let back out on the streets KNOWING they were illegal and doing nothing about that.
