  1. You are correct with that. The unfortunate thing about "ignore" on the forum, is it lets one know when the ignored have posted. I was hoping you had something to contribute. I guess not.
  2. I hate when threads based on misinformation get traction. It's clear the heckler did not shout "Jesus is Lord," but I guess if one repeats a lie enough, they will be believed.
  3. Yes. Trump will once again do better on election night than the polls indicate. He will sadly become President again. Then JD Vance will invoke the 25th amendment when Trump's dementia worsens. So it's really a battle of Harris vs Vance at this point.
  4. There are very strong woman who could pull off an election win over Trump. Thatcher was one of them. Sadly, I don't believe Harris will. She was as weak of a Presidential choice as Hilary Clinton.
  5. I wish there was a "junk" sub-forum, where mods could move junk threads like these to...
  6. I think it would be very close, if English Canada had a vote whether to keep Quebec, or set it free. I can see Atlantic Canada wanting to keep Quebec. In Ontario, I would think they would ultimately vote to keep Quebec too. However, in BC and Alberta, they could not care less.
  7. They pulled the workers out, since they were receiving death threats, so it obviously was for their own safety. When emergency rescue workers are threatened with physical harm, from a bunch of conspiracy kooks, it tends to make it to the news. It's really no different than those Sandy Hook conspiracy kooks, who were threatening the families of the murdered children. Or are you going to defend them too?
  8. There is no hope for you. You have fallen too deep into the rabbit hole to think rationally. In a way, I feel sorry for you.
  9. I don't understand the point of threatening workers that are trying to provide aid and resources for communities affected by natural disasters. It's mind blowing what types of disinformation gullible people will believe.
  10. There was never peace in Ukraine under Trump. There was an active war in the Donbas, that rebel groups funded by Putin, were trying to get the region to break off from the country. Do you know anything about this conflict?
  11. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Polish–Soviet_War 100 years ago, Poland defeated the Soviet Union, and gained territories that were predominantly Ukrainian and Belorussian. I am fully aware of World history. You should try learning history. Real history, not fake history.
  12. I took you off Ignore a week ago, and you are already too annoying to deal with. Back on ignore you go.
  13. Of course, since that worked so well in the 30s, leading up to WWII. The European nations are giving Ukraine billions of dollars in aid and military assistance. This is where you fail to comprehend European history. For the last century, the Russians have been enemies of most of continental Europe. This is why they are arming the Ukrainians. They don't want to be in a situation where Russia swallows Ukraine, becomes emboldened by their victories, and is at the doorstep of Poland and the Baltic countries. Poland alone has doubled their military expenditure in the last decade, and now has one of the strongest militaries in Europe due to the threat of Russian territorial gains. The Poles, of all people understand the Russians, and the negative consequences of Russian aggression.
  14. Ukraine has been fighting a war for 28 months, that Russia had expected to be over in weeks. The Ukrainians have fended off their Russian invaders, and the casualty ratio is nearly 2:1 in Ukraine's favour. I am unsure where you heard people saying Ukraine is winning. The war has been a virtual stalemate for well over a year. You clearly have no concept of World history, or why it is important for a country to fight for their survival. You have made posts that show you are hoping Russia will win this war. If Ukraine surrenders, they will probably face dire consequences, including mass killings, women being forced into sexual slavery, and their children taken away from them to go into special re-education camps. Russia will exact a terrible revenge on Ukraine. This is what you have always wanted. Whooooosh! For this post alone, I am tempted to take another dump in your mouth.
  15. In other words, the Judge ruled that the new laws supported by Trump and the GOP, could be used to deny certification, meaning that it could be a way for Trump to overrule the will of the people, if he were to lose Georgia. The Judge was not a Trump boot licker, therefore is labelled by some here as a "leftist sicko".
  16. Here is a more accurate account of the decision: A Georgia judge has declared that seven new election rules recently passed by the State Election Board are "illegal, unconstitutional and void." Fulton County Superior Court Judge Thomas Cox issued the order Wednesday after holding a hearing on challenges to the rules. The rules that Cox invalidated include three that had gotten a lot of attention — one that requires that the number of ballots be hand-counted after the close of polls and two that had to do with the certification of election results. The State Election Board, which is controlled by three Republicans endorsed by former President Donald Trump, has passed several rules in recent months mostly dealing with the processes that happen after ballots are cast. Trump narrowly lost Georgia to President Biden in the 2020 presidential election but claimed without proof that widespread fraud cost him victory in the state. Democratic Party organizations, local election officials and a group headed by a former Republican state lawmaker have filed at least half a dozen lawsuits over the rules. Democrats, voting rights groups and some legal experts have raised concerns that some rules could be used by Trump allies to delay or avoid certification or to cast doubt on results if he loses next month's presidential election to Democratic Vice President Kamala Harris. One new rule that a judge blocked requires that three separate poll workers count the number of Election Day ballots by hand to make sure the number of paper ballots matches the electronic tallies on scanners, check-in computers and voting machines. Georgia voters make selections on a touchscreen voting machine that prints out a piece of paper with a human-readable list of the voter's choices as well as a QR code. That is the ballot that the voter puts into a scanner, which records the votes. The hand-count would be of the paper ballots — not the votes. Critics, including many county election officials, argued that a hand-count could slow the reporting of election results and put an extra burden on poll workers at the end of an already long day. They also said there isn't enough time to adequately train poll workers. The rule's supporters argued the count would take extra minutes, not hours. They also noted that scanner memory cards with the vote tallies could be sent to central tabulation centers in each county while the hand-count is completed so the reporting of results would not be slowed. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Robert McBurney on Tuesday had temporarily blocked the hand-count for the November election while he considers the legal merits. He said the hand-count may ultimately prove to be good policy, but it's too close to the general election to implement it now. The State Election Board could appeal. Two other new rules that Cox invalidated were passed by the Georgia State Election Board in August and have to do with certification. One provides a definition of certification that includes requiring county officials to conduct a "reasonable inquiry" before certifying results, but it does not specify what that means. The other includes language allowing county election officials "to examine all election related documentation created during the conduct of elections." Supporters argued those rules are necessary to ensure the accuracy of the vote totals before county election officials sign off on them. Critics said they could be used to delay or deny certification.
  17. I do not care what Obama did or did not do. It's pretty much irrelevant, considering the Russia-Ukraine conflict was yet to be a full out war until 2022. From the time Russia annexed the Crimea in 2014 until the war started, Russians were funding the separatists groups in Donesk, and even training them in Russia. 1/3 of the population of the two Ukraine provinces that were experiencing civil unrest were Russian, while 2/3 were Ukrainian. Having said that, it is Trump's own words and actions from the time he became President, and especially since 2022 that give his true intentions away. His most ardent supporters in the GOP are all arguing that the US should stop funding Ukraine, even delaying aid to Ukraine. Trump's favourite media influences like Tucker Carlson and Elon Musk are actually rooting for Russia to win. Now it turns out that there is evidence that some of these figures have been bought off by Russian oligarchs to influence their opinion. And these people are the ones that Trump surrounds himself with. That is saying nothing of Trump siding with Putin on certain foreign policy issues, and alienating his closest allies (Germany, France, etc). I will not be able to convince you, so we will have to wait a year to see how things turn out, once Trump (or Vance) is President.
  18. You have so much to learn, young grasshopper.
  19. LMAO Sure. You are not thinking this through. Just watch. The minute that Trump is elected, the Ukraine is completely screwed.
  20. This is reality. Everyone knows that Trump is lying. Trump never told Putin to "not invade Ukraine." Trump at this point, has no idea what he is talking about. However, feel free to link me to articles or persons that are impartial that can verify that trump said this to Putin. Nice to know, and I am sure Trump had nothing to do with that situation. He ignored the fact that Putin was offering bounties on Taliban to kill US soldiers in Afghanistan at the same time, while Trump did nothing. You seem to be one of the only people incapable of understanding that Trump will end aid to the Ukraine the first day he gets into office, and will let Russia and Putin do as they please. Let's not forget that Trump was impeached for holding up aid that had been passed by congress, to the Ukraine to fight the Russians while they were arming and in some cases, going into Eastern Ukraine to provide weapons to pro-Russian seperatists. The reason? Trump wanted Zelenskyy to dig dirt on Biden's son. That is not exactly standing up to the Russians. Trump is a schoolgirl, waiting to meet a rock star, when he sees Putin.
  21. Sadly you are probably correct. I blame the Democrats, for choosing a running mate not capable of winning an election. It's the second time they have blown it. Hilary Clinton was a very weak candidate too.
  22. You must be joking. Trump is in Putin's back pocket, and if he wins the election, he will cut off all aid to the country. Trump is not "Bold and threatening" to Russia, considering he was never that way in his first Presidency.
