Zuckerberg was stunned in the Senate today as he was hit by angry waves of pain and anguish along with the other billionaires who have profited consistently for over a decade while making minimal responsibility attempts to rein in anything that brought them a profit including even platforms blatantly supporting child porn, sex trafficking, drug sales, anti -law behavior, quack medicine, unproven medical treatments which on investigation are as much snake oil as 19th century con men trolled the Wild West with , and teaching teens how to kill themselves after being bullied online in their platforms. Zuckerberg along with the CEO or Owners of other social media platforms increasingly became aware of the MANY angry people, not a few of whom brought photos if dead children either killed by others who stalked them via these platforms or who committed suicide with these platforms unsupervised, unfixed , irresponsible programming which helps the children learn how to kill themselves or others, even in the case of a gurl...bullied online about her looks , when she queried online seeking Help to get the dark thoughts out of her mind brought by these platforms irresponsible programming instead got multiple SUGGESTIONS on HOW to kill herself! Yet, in the Senate, platform leader after leader refused to commit to even allowing themselves to be sued in Court! Yet, when the angry parents and senators confronted them directly, Zuckerberg actually apologized....yet still nothing was decided in the meeting despite lots of yelling....

I don't agree. When each of the states asked to become part of the United States of America they had to, and did, give up their sovereignty. They became part of the Whole of the USA. In the Constitution it states that the States may govern themselves only to the extent that it doesn't interfere in either the rights of other states including their geographical boundaries but also the boundaries of the Country including it's Borders. This language clearly shows that the whole of the states can govern themselves within those borders of their own, they must defer to the federal government on any federal borders, i.e. any border with another country.

I see though that once again the Trumpettes have managed to delete a post about another TRUMP failure to, in this dase, get a fellow Republucan, and a woman at that, to just cave in to his demands that she just give up because he says so. I think it has a LOT to do with Trump finally having that CAN of Criminal Act he's committed in multiple states catching up to him finally, you know the one...excuse me, the MANY cans of criminal behaviors he's tried to squirm out of, now all coming for...and WILL be getting all that he claimed he owned in Real Money....i.e. Land, business assets, tangible Money to pay off those Criminal Acts/Crimes he is convicted of already and the many more to come....and not by a "weaponized" Justice Department but certainly by a very competent, no one is above the Law Justice System all of us in these United States enacted for our MUTUAL safety from scam artist con men, crooks, financial products abusers, money launderers, gross Liars and totally Incompetent Fools who thought they could take over OUR Country and turn it into another satellite dictatorship of Putin's Mafia family.

Neither President Joseph Biden nor myself want a completely open border. However it seems to work very well in Europe who has thousands of miles of completely open borders with friendly nations and only closes off area where enemies abide. If Trump had stayed away from the whole border issue we wouldn't be having an issue down there on the border at all! Oh yes we had some illegals coming here, but not the huge amount we do now, not since Trump opened his racist, sexist, unspeakably RUDE and CRUDE mouth about Mexico and South American countries 'where citizens all being (quote) ...."Mexico..they are sending not nice people, ..they are sending criminals, drug dealers, they are sending rapists, ...thieves..." here across our borders...". But the Constitution DOES address it, it clearly defines what the country is and that it has a specific geographically defined border, none of the states enclose ALL borders within their own, only the Federal boundaries and borders does that, so, the Texas citizens think they own the land they live on and it's not federal land but they are wrong, they dont own it, the federal government owns it, since 1846; legally they are part of a Collective Citizenry of the United States and therefore are merely citizens of the whole and not just of one part of the whole ( Texas) and therefore any part of the border with Mexico is only defined geographically as " the Texas border", not denoting any ownership of said border by the people living inside that state no matter how long they have lived there since in 1846 they gave up that right when they ceased being an independent Republic of Texas.

Under Trump the Cost if Living for everyone went up every year thanks to the huge tax breaks he gave to wealthy corporations and especially billionaires, meanwhile regular American citizen tax rates all went UP. Oh yes, he raises money, but he spends it too, and while he lives his lavish lifestyle on that money, he's scamming you again, and again, and again in phony charities, shell companies, and until he slowed down to become accountable as POTUS, he was running some of the biggest real estate and banking loan cons in U. S. History....and now his whole world is crashing in, but he won't be doing any more cashing in, because multiple District Attorneys and Courts have caught him. Conservative legal group America First Legal, by its representative Steve Miller, former Trump Advisor when Trump was mishandling the Country from the White House , filed suit in the Illinois Circuit Court recently against three judges of the Illinois State Court for Racial and Sexual Bias when they decided a case in favor of allowing more young women and minority attorneys to get access to a higher level of legal cases, i. e. those heading to trial court rooms across the state where said attorneys could argue the law etc. before juries just as any normal trial law attorney normally does. The Trumpettes Steve Miller's entire complaint centers on that ruling in new young women and those of minorities along with minority men, displacing potential Caucasian only trial attorneys who otherwise would fill those slots! I mean really dude? Could you file a more racist and sexist complaint? Guess who us supporting him and his group.

TRUMP worries, why won't Nikki Haley just give up already? You may not gave noticed it with all the recent action and tensions in the Middle East, but Nikki Haley has not dropped out of the Race for the GOP nomination....in fact her fund raising continues to grow while Trump sees his dropping as billionaires who used to support him.....now increasing show up supporting HER instead. Trump they say us fuming....all that money he could be grafting from, stashing it away for his anticipated converting it to cash able bonds, jewelry and other portable wealth to get out if the country with just in case his attorney can't prevent him being taken into custody one of these days for any number of crimes he's committed ...leaving Nikki Haley exactly where the Real Republican Party wants her.....running against Joe Biden .

Most of the large Agricultural companies are run and owned by Republicans, and the entire Ag Industry leadership is Conservatively led...who do you think all these companies will follow in the future if a few Trumpettes senators try to block the Workforce Reorganization Act that will directly impact these companies and save them money while increasing their profits? This ACT will, in a few short years, FIX the major issues with the southern borders...yet Trump doesn't want it now, and why? Because it won't be a TRUMP fix. He won't get credit for it. And why the neck should he, he has dine nothing but try to obstruct it, make a huge mess out of what once was an orderly process, panicked tens of thousands south if here to rush to the Border as fast as they can to try and get into America before Texas starts a War with Mexico who, until Trump the Racist showed up, was our good neighbor to the south and an ally in keeping enemy armies off our southern shores and an ally in fighting the drug wars. Exactly. But the Trumpettes don't see it that way, some of Trumps most ardent supporters are actually suggesting that Texas leave the Union and shoot to kill anyone crossing its southern border. This puts her at odds with other Texas conservative leaders who prefer a bipartisan agreement instead as long as the trumpettes don't have to pay for it, yet we expect ALL other countries in the world to pay for maintaining their borders, particularly any they have with the U. S. A.

The Bill will create a clear path to Documentation of EXACTLY who is being invited in to pick our crops from a country ( presumably Mexico) to be engaged in farm work here, not an open invitation to people CLAIMING to be entering the country to do " farm work in general". It will change the H-2 Visas to not include non workers, but will create a path to citizenship ( which process we have now does not gave) thus leading to a trained work force HERE in this country engaged only in said farm work which will cut future training costs for the Farm companies while extending workers protections in the intention of keeping such workers here, not letting them leave to go home for a core d number of years, thereby preventing a large amount of current " coming and going" illegal immigration as new workers now are going home after a season and returning illegally,venture families in tow, confident they have work jobs waiting. The Bill will prevent that and cut immigration significantly. Other than that kind of immigration which now allows tens of thousands to enter under some generalized " farm worker" status which often turns out to be 1/5th farm workers and the rest anybody wanting to come here . All H-2 Visa immigrants under the Bill would be finger printed, criminals sent home, and all who stay told they must remain in one location for documentary purposes at least five years.

Well, since their vote won't count anyway for Biden, he won't be losing any of their vote. Again Texas. its not independent. The Border belongs to AMERICA, all 50 states of it. And...all.if Texas belongs also to the federal government. Texas is NOT independently owned and operated, it gave up its sovereign claim in 1846.

Well it would help if TRUMP took his colossal...foot...out of the doorway to allowing the GOP to PASS the Farm Workforce Modernization Act, A bipartisan bill that passed the Democrat run Senate in 2022 but was stalled by MAGA leaders on the floor if Congress in both 2022 and 2023,_and again yet recently by ..who? Oh yes, the MAGA children of the Corn Cob Dictator Trump just as the GOP had finally agreed to it....citing its " negative impact" on Immigration .
