Wrong. The US constitution is written for citizens, not everyone. If the US constitution were written for everyone then it wouldn't be the US constitution - it would be the Everyone constitution. Since the US constitution is not the Everyone constitution, then it's obvious that that 14 amendment applies to citizens only. This is why President Trump is aggressively deporting illegal aliens - because the constitution was written for US citizens not everyone. Get it?
