Hennen's "Refresher" part of his piece is quite telling: Anyone paying attention should see in plain sight the enormous amount of effort in attempting to destroy him. Here is a refresher: They illegally surveilled (see spying) his 2016 campaign, and they wrongly accused him of colluding with Russia. We now know the basis of that charge was a fake dossier, funded by the campaign of Hillary Clinton. They lied to a FISA (Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act) Court about the dossier, and last year the FEC (Federal Election Commission) fined the Clinton campaign for funding the Steele dossier as a legal expense.

That's a little too broad, but there is definitely boredom involved - that's part of what happens to a society when the citizenry gets lazy and corrupt.
