Good! You kept digging! Now you're on record saying that the police are funding crime. -- The police are a scam! Can't believe you fell for their lies! Defund the police! Put 'em in jail! The SPLC paid an informant. Informants are part of the groups they inform upon. That involvement is literally how and why they have information that is valuable to the paying organizations. The end of your asinine argument is that it is morally, ethically and now LEGALLY wrong to use paid informant. Good luck with that.

The Ketanji Jackson shitshow just keeps going
Hodad replied to Reg Volk's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Honestly? No. No I don't. People have always had tastes and opinions, but on matters of fact, there used to be social pressure for people to read, learn, think and understand a topic before they comment. Because if you say stupid shit at a cocktail party people look at you accordingly and it feels shitty--the natural consequence of being ignorant and uninformed. The internet lets stupid people find other stupid people and associate exclusively with said stupid people, so that they quickly forget that they're stupid. Nobody staring at them funny at cocktail parties. This misplaced sense of confidence is super annoying. I don't have a JD. I don't watch the SCOTUS every day. But I am literate, willing to read, willing to learn, and capable of comprehending before I speak on matters of fact. It's not fun. It's frustrating. -
Lol. That's not funding it any more than a paid police informant is funding crime. Think about the implications of this dumb idea you're banging on about. Do you REALLY want to stick with the idea that paying informants is funding the activity that is being investigated? Really? You want that to become a legal precedent? Are we going to stop such investigations? Ridiculous. Keep digging though!🙄

Trump wants to bail out Spirit Airlines.
Hodad replied to John Johnston's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I'm pretty sure that everybody who's ever been on a Spirit Airlines flight wanted to bail out. -
Lol. You are such a weasel. You quoted back the fact I gave to you after you kept getting the accusation wrong. Literally everyone here can see that exchange. Apparently, at this point, you lack the self respect to feel shame. Shameless liar. They allegedly paid one informant $270K over 8 years, who allegedly participated to some degree in the activities of one of the groups. And you are really trying to sell it as Unite the Right: An SPLC Production? 🤪 GTFO, clown.

Eh, it take a lot of energy to sustain a firey hatred of everyone: immigrants, racial minorities, liberals, Democrats, women, Jews, Muslims, gays, trans people the media, etc. When you get older, you have to prioritize.

Hop on your Rascal and zip down to the public library and ask a kid to show you how the quote feature works, so that you stop trying to attribute lines from your article to me. To recap... US Oil production was at record levels US producing more oil that any country on earth US was energy independent (gas +oil) And your dumb ass is still trying to argue that "libbies" "trashed fossil fuels" and tried to "choke the life out of the very base of the global economy"? 🤪 That domestic supply (that which we control) was constrained? 🤪 After the kid shows you how to use the quote feature, ask him for the basics of supply and demand. Just the basics will do. This is really too awkward to look away from. Like a slow-motion mobility scooter pileup. You're so far from reality you wouldn't know it if it jumped up and bit you on your saggy old scrote.

Okay, so you you have the actual information (you're welcome). Are you prepared to acknowledge that you were FOS and stop spreading the false claim that SPLC funded the rally? They they, as you claimed, "literally paid to have the Charlottesville happen"? Not only was it not a "fact," It's not even alleged by the DOJ clown car. ^^This is an utterly asinine take. Paying a few informants to report on hate groups does NOT mean that the hate groups don't exist or that they are not relevant. That's like saying the FBI sending an undercover agent into the mafia means the mafia doesn't exist. Or Project Veritas paying people to infiltrate an abortion clinic means that abortion isn't relevant. The accusation, true or not, is 3 million dollars over a period of 10 years. That's an average $300K per year on informants, which is trivial. That money is not funding hate groups in America. It's not making them relevant. It's not giving them any kind of platform. Apply some common sense -- even just a little-- and think about what $300K can buy. it's not much. You're the dupe here. You've bought into this whole DOJ show, when they've already telegraphed explicitly that they are out to hassle, harass and punish the president's political enemies. This is complete deja vu to your Comey prosecution thread. You got all spun up, parroted dumb shit you saw on Twitter, misunderstood and misrepresented the allegations and were firmly told it was a bogus prosecution that wasn't going anywhere. Apparently you're a slow learner. If you keep trusting this administration, they'll keep making a fool of you. 🤷♂️

You really are the gift that keeps giving. It takes just a mind-blowing amount of stupid to claim that "libbies" "trashed fossil fuels" and then try to support that false narrative with an article that acknowledges record US production. 🤣 Thanks for confirming, again, that I am correct and that fossil fuels were not trashed and indeed were pumped out of US soil faster than ever before.
-
You really are spectacularly stupid, clinging to a false claim that anyone can debunk with a 5 second google search--and indeed on which you've been corrected at least a dozen times. This is why no one can take you seriously. It's a matter of fact, not your wishes and feelings. AP News: US oil production hits all-time high, conflicting with efforts to cut heat-trapping pollution U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA): U.S. crude oil production established a new record in August 2024 CNN Business: The United States is producing more oil than any country in history PBS NewsHour: U.S. oil production hits all-time high, conflicting with efforts to curb climate change Forbes: U.S. Energy Independence Soars To Highest Level In Over 70 Years Bloomberg: Record-High US Oil Production Surpasses 13 Million Barrels a Day NewsNation: US oil production at record high crossing 13 million barrels

No, they didn't, you lunatic. That's not even in the indictment, let alone "fact." It's some dumb thing you read on Twitter and won't stop repeating. What the indictment actually says is that one of their informants was involved in the Unite the Right rally and that that informant was paid $270K over a period of 8 years. It does NOT say they funded the rally or paid for it to happen.
-
Yes, I know there's a real indictment. It's your characterization of what the SPLC did that is bullshit you read on Twitter. They used paid informants. They didn't write checks to fund hate groups. This was done for decades. It's a common practice. The FBI was not just aware of it, but a primary recipient of the information gathered. It's possibly someone overstepped on a paperwork issue or something, but the core accusation is rubbish. This isn't going anywhere. And you better hope that it doesn't, or you'll find your activist organizations on the other edge of that sword. Haven't thought that through, have you?
-
Nobody has anything to say about "trashing fossil fuels" because it's complete farking fiction. Nobody is going to talk about something that only exists in your rapidly decaying brain. As has been explained to you ad nauseum, domestic oil production was at record levels under Biden. Literally the opposite of "trashing." You're ass backward, as always.

GOP navigates 'regret' and recriminations after redistricting loss in Virginia "Congressional redistricting typically happens once every 10 years, following a census, but President Donald Trump last year initiated a scramble by urging GOP-led states to redraw their maps ahead of schedule — an effort to pad Republicans’ three-seat House majority. The result has been a flurry of hyperpartisan gamesmanship that could end without a clear edge for either party. Republicans were successful in enacting new maps in Texas, Missouri and North Carolina. But other states proved trickier to Trump’s endgame. GOP lawmakers in Ohio, for example, settled on a new map that many in the party felt was too generous to Democrats. And Republicans in Indiana resisted White House pressure to redraw their lines. Meanwhile, voters in California signed off on a new map last year that could net Democrats four or five new seats."

Weird how you parrot unsubstantiated claims from Twitter without any concern for whether or not they are true. This is another of the far-fetched, far-right circle jerks that will go nowhere in the real world. Nor is it meant to. The DOJ knows this is as pointless as Comey, James, etc. It's a show they put on just for you. You have a good time though. Guess this is America now.

You lash out because you're frustrated. You're not American enough to matter in US politics--not even a voter. Not smart enough to have a proper debate. Mentally and physically impotent, as regards the world that's moving past you. You have my pity.

Go home and sleep it off, loser. Try again when you sober up. I still can't believe that your go-to insult (obsessed much?) is to accuse people of being akin your own son. What a piece of shit. Poor kid.

Trump picked a fight and people fought back? Crazy talk! It's entirely awful for democracy, but I don't recall you being concerned when the bloated orange "b1tch" declared gerrymandering a strategic priority. Wonder why?
-
I'm saying this is another dumb performative mockery of justice that will come to morning. That this is all absurd as charging Comey or threatening the Fed Chair with legal action because "he" wouldn't let Trump manipulate interest rates. This is exactly what Trump advertised when boasting about his plan to weaponize the DOJ to target political opposition and people in his enemies list. It's exactly why he appointed unprincipled, unqualified sycophants. And you've just self selected as someone dumb enough to think it's real.
-
WTF are you talking about? ^^This isn't even a thought.
-
Don't look at one state. Look at the country. Republicans are the most aggressive about gerrymandering. It's netted a 16 seat advantage, according to analysts. What would happen if if that advantage didn't exist? Now you know why Republicans love gerrymandering and won't support its prohibition.
