Then you perpetuate the conflict. And you're now losing. The USA is releasing the industry to drill baby drill. Much of Europe will be fueled by US gas and oil. Canada is removing obstacles to fossil fuel. You can't hit people in the wallet and expect them to just roll over. Especially when you can't prove your doom's day premise.

IMO...Social Justice is pure chickenshit. Consider if you can...your grandfather had slaves, as that was the norm of the time. Your grandfather died decades ago and indeed freed his slaves when the norms changed. Are you to be held responsible for the actions of your grandfather and indeed, society in general?

It is for the most part, impossible to say definitively that man has created climate change. However, at this juncture, it's clear that panic and ham-handed methods do not change the trajectory nor the opposition. So what to do? Well...since our ham-handed methods have only served to make opposition more stern, it is reasonable to conclude a new method need be employed. As I've said, there are alternative methods available. IMO...we need to remove the obstacles to fossil fuels that we've imposed, thus allowing the inflationary pressures imposed to subside, and actively research for a solution that does not impose inflationary pressures.
