Everyone has the choice, but if you want to work with other people and there is a vaccine mandate, you must follow the requirement to be vaccinated or find another job. You don't have the right to spread Covid to other people if it can be avoided or the risk reduced by vaccination. Maybe you "don't care".

I am sorry your sister has ongoing pain. But I don't think you have given any clear evidence or proof of what caused it. There are websites that may support your claim. So I not in a position to really say one way or another. You have the upper hand in this. You make the claim but give no details. Ok, If that's what public health says, then so be it. It is unfortunate. However, you are incorrect to assume that nobody should be vaccinated because one person in 100,000 has a problem. Vaccination has saved thousands of lives. Let's have an honest discussion about your sister's pain and try to figure out what is causing it, although we are not in a position to really know for sure.

How do they know it was from the shots? Just guessing? When was her motorcycle accident? Did she have ongoing pain after the motorcycle accident? I have seen other people who claimed they are allergic to the vaccine and never got the jab. But they offer no proof at all. Just a claim that is probably false. Very convenient.

Calling the pandemic "Covid silliness" tells it all about yourself. You live in some kind of alt reality. What do you do during the day and how old are you? It is not possible to have a rational discussion with someone who thinks like you. You missed your calling. Denmark is a tiny country with a small population of about 5.9 million. The UK dropped restrictions too but the UK has badly managed the pandemic. They had one of the highest death rates in the world. So they are not a good example to follow. Boris Johnson held parties while everyone else was locked down and is now under pressure to resign.

The health restrictions should not be lifted or determined by politicians or radical right wing Trumpster mobs. They must be lifted when the health authorities say it is safe to do so.

I count my blessings. I don't have to go to work because I am older and retired. So I am in a far better position that a lot of people, although I am at much greater risk if I get Covid. But the solution is not shutting now downtown Ottawa, shutting down bridges and highways and creating hardship for many other people who have nothing to do with it. They didn't cause the pandemic and have nothing to do with the restrictions or how they were applied. There are many people on the brink of mental collapse after two years of the pandemic and restrictions. I have heard that many people including children were basically locked in a windowless room for ten days at a time. All of this terribly tragic. I don't have the answers. But I know breaking the laws and harming innocent people is not the answer.

I don't defend Trudeau taking a knee with BLM. I have no use for the Marxist BLM. But you are confusing the issue by using diversion tactics. I oppose all illegal actions by any group. I oppose the convoy because of their manifesto and illegal blockades and occupations in different places. They are obviously criminals. People in this country will have to choose what kind of country they want. The word insurrection has a few definitions or meanings. One definition says a violent uprising against the government. Anther definition says - a rebellion of citizens or subjects against it's government. This occupation definitely fits the definition of a rebellion. They are breaking a variety of laws. The manifesto of the organizers says it's purpose is to overthrow the democratically-elected government. The occupiers said repeatedly they are not leaving until the government meets their demands to remove the Covid restrictions and mandates. So they are trying to coerce or force the government to do something. That meets the definition of sedition as well as rebellion. That is not how democracy works. I do not support Antifa or BLM. I think they are extremist organizations.

Sadly the Canadian flag has been hijacked by the so-called "freedom convoy" and the illegal occupiers in Ottawa. What we are witnessing now is aggressive behavior, extremists, anarchists, and illegal blockaders hiding behind and draping themselves in the Canadian flag. I saw a pickup truck with a Canadian flag driving through an intersection. We know when we see that, there is another anti-Covid restriction extremist.
