Republucans: steadily pushing backward.  Ohio Republicans sponsor bill that suggests death penalty on abortion providers.

This bill probably won't pass, but the bill that bans abortion after six weeks likely will; this bill is essentially a ban on abortion since many women do not even realize they are pregnant till after the deadline.  The bill also offers no exemption for pregnancies due to rape or incest.
