These are the laws in the ME nations. It's not a long stretch to think that a good amount of them do in fact agree with it since they practice a strict form of Islam.

Syria Muslims are largely raised to hate Jews and Israel. How are those attitudes going to enrich Canada? We don't need antisemites here. We don't need another Hitler. Let's keep Canada clean. This should be seriously worrying to all Canadians.

Under PR all parties are more or less the same as it would be almost constantly be minorities. How would they solve the big issues? No one party would want to disrupt the apple cart....would they?

I agree. It's been almost 10 years of Tory in power. After any government in power for that long people want change. I'm sure that even after NDP in power for 10 years we'd have a long list of things to mutually complain about.It's going to be a real toss up. For sure. It's anyone's game right now. One serious blunder in anyone's campaign could be the difference.

I would have to agree. It seems highly unlikely that a mass floor crossing would take place. If anything it would be the Tory crossing to the governing Liberals IMO.

I get it though as no one really knows anyone else personally.I like that you're open minded at least. So am I. I would vote for the party I felt will best serve Canada or the province. Whatever the case may be. I have voted for other parties other than the Tories as well. Albeit provincially. I think a right leaning Fed government and a left leaning provincial government is a good balance. Or vice versa. I care deeply about this country and really do want what I feel is best for it.

This has to be his last election. He has to step down as Tory leader so they can choose a new leader who will have time to let the public get to know him or her.
